1. She Does Outdoor Workouts
Jahan revealed some of her favorite exercises to The Times Of India. She says that she does a lot of outdoor workouts. “I prefer to exercise outdoors than in a gym. I have several gym memberships for which I paid a huge amount but didn't continue beyond three days.”
2. She Runs
Jahan does a lot of cardio to stay in shape. “My fave exercise is running,” she tells The Times Of India. “Which I do without fail. Generally, I go to the Rabindra Sarobar Lake early in the morning for freehand exercises.”
3. She Eats Healthy
Jahan revealed what she eats in a day to The Times Of India. She says that she eats pretty healthy. “I am a foodie, but I never overeat,” she starts. “I start my day with a mug of green tea. My breakfast varies from day to day. I have loads of berries, which are rich in antioxidants. Whenever I am hungry, I have a seasonal fruit. My lunch comprises a small bowl of rice, fish, veg curry and yogurt. Everything is cooked in olive oil. I have light munch-ons in the evening and my dinner comprises soup and boiled chicken. I love desserts, so I have low-carb meals.”
4. She Does A Mix Of Cardio & Yoga
Jahan tells Indulge Express that she likes to do a mix of yoga and cardio to stay in shape. “I prefer to make the most of whatever options I get. It could be yoga, gym, running or even dancing as per the scenario and my requirement. Having said this, I do a mix of cardio and yoga every day nowadays given that we can afford to work out at home.”
5. She Takes Care Of Her Hair
Jahan has amazing hair, and she makes sure to take care of it. She spilled her secrets to Indulge Express. ‘I maintain the utmost hair hygiene, and ensure that it gets enough natural nutrition to maintain their strength and vitality. I apply coconut oil once a week, and ensure what I eat is healthy. I also drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.”
