She's Happy With Herself

Attwood has never been afraid to show off her figure, and she is this way for a reason. She tells The Sun that she is extremely comfortable with her body as she's gotten older. "If I was ten out of ten then, I'm better than that now. I'm totally happy with the way I look. I wouldn't change anything and there's nothing I am really that unhappy with."

She Takes Better Care Of Herself

Attwood tells The Sun that she takes good care of herself. However, she also admits that she didn't always do so. She says that her body got into much better shape, once she changed some of her habits. "I actually look better now because I'm healthy, I eat properly and go to the gym, whereas in my twenties I was living off McDonald's and white wine spritzers."

She Doesn't Criticize Herself Anymore

Attwood is a lot more comfortable with herself. She says to The Sun that one of the ways she got to this point was when she stopped criticizing herself so much. "Ten years ago walking around in a bikini, I would be internally picking myself apart, whereas now I'm a lot more comfortable."

She Calls Out Trolls

Attwood has a lot more confidence in herself. Which means, she doesn't get affected by hateful social media trolls. In fact, she even called one of them out on Twitter. After someone called her "anorexic", Attwood fired back, "What a … disgusting thing to say. Anorexia is a disease, and that word should not be thrown around. Educate yourself, you vile human."

She Says Natural Is Better, After Learning The Hard Way

Attwood is not a fan of plastic surgery, and is promoting having a more natural look. She tells the DailyMail that she came to this conclusion after having a bad experience. "When I had the big" chest—"the first" chest augmentation—"that was the fashion. Everyone wanted those sort of like Katie Price, Jodie Marsh" chest—"and then the fashion changed, and I felt uncomfortable."
