Olivia may have experienced overnight fame when she hooked up with Austen Kroll on Southern Charm, but she still prioritizes her family and friends. Her Instagram feed is filled with photos of her parents and siblings as well as her friends, including the group who she is vacationing with. They keep her grounded despite her sudden rise to fame.

Drink Wine

Olivia loves a glass of vino. On a recent trip to wine country she enjoyed the sips and sights. "You had me at merlot… and Napa. Definitely had me at Napa. Beautiful time, wine, food & company," she captioned his photo. While excess drinking is never a good thing, the occasional glass of wine boasts cardiovascular benefits. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

STake a Hike

One of her favorite calorie-blasting activities? Hiking. When she lived in L.A. she enjoyed going on hikes in the many canyons. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

One unexpected sport that Olivia loves? Skateboarding. You can often find her rolling around on her skateboard on social media. "Who you calling squid?" she captioned this snap.

Olivia doesn't just bask in the sun when she is on vacation. During her trip to the Bahamas she went golfing with her friends. "For those asking for my handicap," she captioned an Instagram Story. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
