She Plays Tennis
Olivia, who also goes by Liv, burns a lot of calories via outdoor activities. "I enjoy being active and playing sports, particularly tennis," she told OK. "Game, Set, Snatch….at least I've got my whites on," she captioned a post from the court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
She Walks Five Miles a Day
Olivia makes sure to get her steps in. "I try to do a five-mile walk every morning around the River Thames. I prefer going alone," she old OK. "It's a really pretty view when the sun comes up over the river." She also enjoys the mental health benefits of walking. "Even if I just pop my headphones in and listen to a podcast or music, it's an hour of doing nothing where you don't even have to think, which is really nice. I often listen to The Rosie Project podcast and I love Motown music. I like artists like Marvin Gaye," she added.
She Didn't Like the Gym – But Now She Does
"I wouldn't consider myself a gym person," Liv told OK a few years back, adding that she does "love getting up early, so I normally set off at around 6am." She explained: "I used to go to the gym and I ended up not liking the way I looked because I personally don't like that muscular appearance. I started walking just to help me keep fit. It also allows me to gain a healthy headspace," she said. However, in a 2022 Instagram post she revealed that she changed her mind. "Quite like the gym… not just for talent spotting 2022," she captioned a post.
Her Diet Is Healthy
Avocado on toast with bacon is Liv's go-to pre-workout snack. "It's the best," she told OK. She tries to eat as healthy as possible.
She Cycles
Olivia also enjoys bike riding. "I ride my bike a lot and also love playing polo," she told OK. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
