She Plays Tennis

Olivia, who also goes by Liv, burns a lot of calories via outdoor activities. โ€œI enjoy being active and playing sports, particularly tennis,โ€ she told OK. โ€œGame, Set, Snatchโ€ฆ.at least Iโ€™ve got my whites on,โ€ she captioned a post from the court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. โ€œWhile tennis provides numerous health benefitsโ€”improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and powerโ€”it also is psychologically demanding,โ€ they say.ย

She Walks Five Miles a Day

Olivia makes sure to get her steps in. โ€œI try to do a five-mile walk every morning around the River Thames. I prefer going alone,โ€ she old OK.ย  โ€œItโ€™s a really pretty view when the sun comes up over the river.โ€ She also enjoys the mental health benefits of walking. โ€œEven if I just pop my headphones in and listen to a podcast or music, itโ€™s an hour of doing nothing where you donโ€™t even have to think, which is really nice. I often listen to The Rosie Project podcast and I love Motown music. I like artists like Marvin Gaye,โ€ she added.

She Didnโ€™t Like the Gym โ€“ But Now She Does

โ€œI wouldnโ€™t consider myself a gym person,โ€ Liv told OK a few years back, adding that she does โ€œlove getting up early, so I normally set off at around 6am.โ€ She explained: โ€œI used to go to the gym and I ended up not liking the way I looked because I personally donโ€™t like that muscular appearance. I started walking just to help me keep fit. It also allows me to gain a healthy headspace,โ€ she said. However, in a 2022 Instagram post she revealed that she changed her mind. โ€œQuite like the gymโ€ฆ not just for talent spotting 2022,โ€ she captioned a post.

Her Diet Is Healthy

Avocado on toast with bacon is Livโ€™s go-to pre-workout snack. โ€œItโ€™s the best,โ€ she told OK. She tries to eat as healthy as possible.ย

She Cycles

Olivia also enjoys bike riding. โ€œI ride my bike a lot and also love playing polo,โ€ she told OK. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
