She Has Her Own Identity

Bowen opened up to Closer Online about what it is like to be in a public relationship and be living together, especially during lockdown. She says that what works for her and her own husband is having their own spaces, activities, and identities. "When you live with someone, you almost become one entity, so it's really important to have your own stuff going on and have your own space because then, when you do come back together, you have loads to talk about."

She Stays Motivated

In order to work out on a consistent basis, you have to have some form of motivation. For Bowen, she is motivated by how she feels after a workout. "When I work out I feel a lot better about myself and the release of endorphins gives me a happy energy that's incomparable," she tells The Sun.

She Aims To Workout Three Times A Week

Bowen tells The Sun that she tries to work out as much as she can, and aims for at least three days each week. "I work out when I can but mainly three times a week. That gives me an extra boost of confidence, not only in my body but also my head space."

She Circuit Trains

Bowen is a big fan of circuit training. She and her husband revealed both of their go-to circuits to The Sun. Bowen's circuit includes squat jumps, lunges, and Russian twists. "If you can just do my simple circuit three to five times a week you will soon see the difference," she says. According to WebMD, "If you're looking for a full-body workout in 30 minutes or less, circuit training does the trick. You get the benefits of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout. If you get bored trotting along on a treadmill or elliptical, circuit training can fix that, too. The exercise options are endless. Switch up the exercises frequently to tame the exercise doldrums and keep improving your body."

She Horseback Rides

Bowen recently got the opportunity to try horseback riding, and she clearly enjoyed it. She posted this series of photos of herself riding on the beach with the caption, "Best morning EVER. My heart hurts." She also posted this reel of herself riding with the caption, "What dreams are made of."
