She Eats Healthy…80 Percent of the Time
Olivia is all about eating healthy. Well, most of the time. "I stick to the 80-20 rule," she told Hamptons. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say."
She Eats Whole Foods
Olivia tries to avoid processed foods, filling up on fiber and lean protein. In the morning she drinks coffee followed by oak milk and blackberries. "I'll have some sort of salad," she told Women's Health about her go-to lunch. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette." She's also a fan of one-pan meals. For dinner, she tries to eat veggie paired with protein. And, for a midday snack, she keeps fiber- and protein-packed snacks on hand. "I'm obsessed with nuts," she revealed. "I do regular mixed nuts because I like the salt. Raw almonds without salt is just too boring for me."
This Is Her Go-To Smoothie
Olivia told Women's Health that she is also a fan of sippable snacks. "Smoothies are really filling, so if I'm trying to be really clean, I sometimes have them as snacks," she explained. "I do a frozen banana, cacao, a little bit of almond butter or PB2, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and either Vital Proteins Collagen Powder or Garden of Life Vanilla Organic Plant Protein."
She Works Out Early
Olivia revealed to Byrdie that she wakes up at 7 a.m. for her workout. "There are a lot of blood, sweat, and tears (sometimes) that go into those early morning workouts, so it's important to make sure you've got the right person by your side!" she explained about the importance of carefully choosing a personal trainer. Olivia explained that her workouts are focused on building long, lean muscle and a little bit of cardio.
She Has Mastered the 20-Minute Workout
When she doesn't work out with her trainer, you can find Olivia on Instagram demonstrating the art of the quickie workout. She recently posted a daily 20-minute Cardio Challenge with her followers on Instagram. "That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she explained. "Before you know it, it's over."
