Olivia tries to avoid processed foods, filling up on fiber and lean protein. In the morning she drinks coffee followed by oak milk and blackberries. "I'll have some sort of salad," she told Women's Health about her go-to lunch. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette." She's also a fan of one-pan meals. For dinner, she tries to eat veggie paired with protein. And, for a midday snack, she keeps fiber- and protein-packed snacks on hand. "I'm obsessed with nuts," she revealed. "I do regular mixed nuts because I like the salt. Raw almonds without salt is just too boring for me."
