"Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say." She explained to Women’s Health that she fuels up on healthy fiber and protein throughout the day, starting her morning off with coffee with oat milk and a bowl of fruit, avocado toast and egg whites. For lunch she will nosh on a salad. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette."

If you follow Oliva on Instagram, you are well aware of her 20-minute Cardio Challenge. "That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she explains, adding that she likes it because "it doesn't feel too overwhelming," and is an easy way to get moving. "Before you know it, it's over."
3. She Loves P.volve
Olivia is a big fan of P.volve, a low-impact workout that can be done anywhere. "The P.volve workout is great for me because I travel a lot," she told Shape. "There are 3-pound ankle weights, 2-pound free weights, and tons of elastic bands that you can use in different ways."

"I'm obsessed with nuts," Olivia revealed to Women's Health. Her favorites are salted, as unseasoned ones are "too boring." When she needs a little extra boost, she will opt for nuts mixed with other goodies. "I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate," she explained.
5. Consistency Is Key

"I've noticed it's very important to be consistent with workouts," Olivia told Shape. "I think it's really easy for people to go through phases where they're really intense with their workouts and then they kind of fall out of it." She aims to fit in a workout every day, even when she has a loaded agenda. "I try stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I'm consistent and I don't wake up one day and realize it's been two weeks and I haven't worked out."
