1. Follow the 80-20 Rule
Olivia is all about healthy eating, most of the time. "I stick to the 80-20 rule," she explained to Hamptons magazine. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say." What does she eat? Lots of healthy fiber and protein throughout the day, starting her morning off with coffee with oat milk and a bowl of fruit, avocado toast and egg whites, followed by a salad for lunch. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette," she told Women’s Health.
2. Don’t Stop Moving
Olivia makes sure to constantly move, which is why she created the 20-minute Cardio Challenge on social media. "That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she explains. She adds that the great thing is that "it doesn't feel too overwhelming," and it is an easy way to get moving. "Before you know it, it's over."
3. Find Portable Workout Methods

Olivia makes sure to get a workout in anytime, anyplace. One of the ways she does this is with the P.volve workout method, a low-impact method with portable equipment that can be done anytime, anyplace. "The P.volve workout is great for me because I travel a lot," she told Shape. "There are 3-pound ankle weights, 2-pound free weights, and tons of elastic bands that you can use in different ways."
4. Snack Healthy

Olivia always keeps healthy snacks around to avoid indulging in junk. "I'm obsessed with nuts," she revealed to Women's Health. She also mixes sweet with salty. "I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate," she explained.
5. Be Consistent
It’s all about consistency, per Olivia. "I've noticed it's very important to be consistent with workouts," she told Shape. "I think it's really easy for people to go through phases where they're really intense with their workouts and then they kind of fall out of it." So, she makes sure to exercise daily. "I try to stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I'm consistent and I don't wake up one day and realize it's been two weeks and I haven't worked out."
