Follow the 80-20 Rule

Olivia eats healthy, most of the time. "I stick to the 80-20 rule," she dished to Hamptons magazine about her diet. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say." She told Women's Health that she fuels up on healthy fiber and protein throughout the day, starting her morning off with coffee with oat milk and a bowl of fruit, avocado toast and egg whites, followed by a salad for lunch. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette."

Exercise a Little Every Day

Olivia's approach to fitness? Work your body a little bit every day. She recently created the 20-minute Cardio Challenge on social media. "That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she explains. Why is it so great? Because "it doesn't feel too overwhelming," and it is an easy way to get moving. "Before you know it, it's over."

Find Convenient Workouts

Olivia is a big fan of P.volve, a low-impact workout with portable equipment that can be done anywhere. "The P.volve workout is great for me because I travel a lot," she told Shape. "There are 3-pound ankle weights, 2-pound free weights, and tons of elastic bands that you can use in different ways."

She Snacks

Olivia arms herself with healthy snacks to prevent grabbing others that are not quite as nutritious. "I'm obsessed with nuts," she told Women's Health, adding that she opts for salted over unseasoned dubbing them "too boring." She also mixes her nuts with sweets. "I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate," she explained.

Be Consistent

Consistency is key when it comes to exercise, per Olivia. "I've noticed it's very important to be consistent with workouts," she told Shape. "I think it's really easy for people to go through phases where they're really intense with their workouts and then they kind of fall out of it." She tries to workout daily.  "I try to stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I'm consistent and I don't wake up one day and realize it's been two weeks and I haven't worked out."
