1. Eat Healthy...Most of the Time
Olivia is a big proponent to eating healthy, most of the time. "I stick to the 80-20 rule," she explained to Hamptons magazine about her diet. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say." She added to Women’s Health that she fuels up on healthy fiber and protein throughout the day. She starts her morning off with coffee with oat milk and a bowl of fruit, avocado toast and egg whites, followed by a salad for lunch. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette."
2. Set Aside 20 Minutes for Exercise
You don’t need to set aside an hour for a workout. In her recent social media campaign, Olivia created the 20-minute Cardio Challenge. "That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she explains. Why is it so great? Because "it doesn't feel too overwhelming," and it is an easy way to get moving. "Before you know it, it's over."
3. Find Workouts You Can Do Everywhere
Finding a workout that can be done anytime, anyplace is setting yourself up for success. Olivia does P.volve, a low-impact workout with portable equipment that can be done anywhere. "The P.volve workout is great for me because I travel a lot," she told Shape. "There are 3-pound ankle weights, 2-pound free weights, and tons of elastic bands that you can use in different ways."
4. Snack Healthy

Arming yourself with healthy snacks helps prevent grabbing something not quite as nutritious. "I'm obsessed with nuts," Olivia told Women's Health. She prefers salted over unseasoned dubbing them "too boring." She also mixes her nuts with other goodies. "I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate," she explained.
5. Be Consistent
"I've noticed it's very important to be consistent with workouts," Olivia told Shape. "I think it's really easy for people to go through phases where they're really intense with their workouts and then they kind of fall out of it." She also explains that fitting in a workout every day, even when you are busy, is key. "I try stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I'm consistent and I don't wake up one day and realize it's been two weeks and I haven't worked out."
