She Drinks Coffee

Olivia heads to Starbucks every day. Her order? A vanilla latte with oat milk. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

She Doesn't Feel Pressured on Social Media

Olivia loves social media. "I don't feel too much pressure, because doing social media is always something that I've loved, and I've always taken it pretty seriously," she told The New York Post. "At times, I can get overwhelmed with how busy things are, but I don't feel pressure on a day-to-day basis."

She Surfs

Olivia surfs. "Totally tubular," she captioned Instagram photos of herself surfing in Hawaii. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

She Plays Tennis

Olivia plays tennis. "Serving looks," she captioned a post from the tennis court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

She Is Disciplined

Olivia is very disciplined and followers a strict schedule. "First, I wake up and go to the class, where I'm usually with my teammates. I study [at the communications center] and get schoolwork done," she told New York Post. After class, "I come home, eat lunch and go right to the gym, where I train for hours," she continued. "I have conditioning before or after practice, which takes place at football operations. Then, I go straight to the dining hall to eat dinner. After that, I come home [to my dorm] and do my work stuff at night."
