Olivia Flowers first made waves a few years ago, when she joined the cast of the hit Bravo series Southern Charm. Ever since then, Flowers has had a strong presence on social media. She’s currently on vacation in Jamaica, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In a photo from her stories, Flowers enjoyed a pool day. She wore a gray bathing suit, showing off her figure. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Olivia Flowers stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Isn’t Fake

Legends Ball - 2022 BravoConSantiago Felipe/Getty Images

Reality TV is often associated with being inauthentic. However, Flowers doesn't want to add to that. "I don't want to do this fake nice thing," she explains to ET. "If you don't like me, for whatever reason, then we can just do our own thing. And that was, I think, the point that they captured with me doing that awful, awkward, flip the bird -- I don't think I've ever given anyone the middle finger, as you could probably tell in that scene -- I was just frustrated because it was yet again another fake conversation that I didn't want to have."

2. She Has A Structured Plan

When it comes to fitness, Flowers is all about structure. She explains that she needs this approach to Greenville Online News. “I appreciate a structured plan when it comes to working out. My schedule can be a little all over the place, so I find comfort in having consistency in fitness.”

3. She Thinks Before She Acts

Word,Think,Before,Act,On,Colorful,Wooden,Tag,On,IsolatedShutterstock

Flowers is all about looking before she leaps. She says on the We Should Talk podcast that this helps her when shooting Southern Charm. “I would say just giving yourself time to take a beat before,” she says. “If you're in a heated conversation before reacting and really, really thinking about how something makes you feel rather than being impulsive and your reactions and to just stay consistent. That was something I really wanted to make sure I did. Going into it as, you know, as uncomfortable as it can be to say some things to someone, if I said that to another person, I wanted to be sure that I stayed consistent in what I was saying, no matter who I was talking to.

4. She Gets Her Vitamin D

Get some sun. “The best-known benefit of sunlight is its ability to boost the body’s vitamin D supply; most cases of vitamin D deficiency are due to lack of outdoor sun exposure. At least 1,000 different genes governing virtually every tissue in the body are now thought to be regulated by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25[OH]D), the active form of the vitamin, including several involved in calcium metabolism and neuromuscular and immune system functioning,” reports the NIH.

5. She Likes Nature

Flowers shared an image of her right next to a giant turtle.”From a stroll through a city park to a day spent hiking in the wilderness, exposure to nature has been linked to a host of benefits, including improved attention, lower stress, better mood, reduced risk of psychiatric disorders and even upticks in empathy and cooperation,” says the APA.

Bebe Rexha is in Hawaii and it feels like we’re there with her. The singer (and actress, who appeared in Queenpins) has posted photos of herself relaxing and dancing on a boat, swimming next to a waterfall, posing like a model and joking around with Instagram filters. To paraphrase one of her songs, baby, I'm jealous of the pictures that you take. How does she stay so fit while having so much fun? Read on to see 7 ways Bebe Rexha stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s All About Body Positivity

“I was in Florida doing WWE Wrestlemania. The day I flew in, I had a little time off to go to the pool. I said to my manager, ‘Will you just take a video of me?’ I just wanna see what I look like. And when she played me back to the video, I said, I'm kind of, to me, it's okay to have a little moving parts and pieces and the little indentations—it's sexy to me. That's sexy. We were never really taught that. Like how to love ourselves and how to love imperfections,” she told Access Hollywood.

2. She Does Leg Day

Photocall For STX's "Queenpins"Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

"Time for legs," Rexha wrote in an Instagram Story chronicling her lower body workout. Smart choice. The largest muscles are in your lower body, and thus they burn the most fat. Your backside if the biggest source of myokines, which can do amazing things. Some help increase fat-burning in both the liver and skin tissue; others improve the function of the vascular system. Some improve the immune response; still others help our digestive system by improving communication between the pancreas and intestines. There’s even some evidence that myokines released through exercise may influence cancer cell growth.

3. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Bebe knows the value of a good sweat session. Here’s a perfect 4 minute workout for you to try at home: Perform burpees for 20 seconds. Don’t worry about counting reps—just set a timer and get as many as you can. Afterward, rest 10 seconds, and then repeat for four minutes. Over time, you can progress the length of the work interval, but keep the ratio of work to rest at two to one (so if you build up to doing burpees for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between sets).

4. This is “Key for Me”

62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards – Red CarpetEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

“I will say that sometimes when I’m really tired, and I don’t have time to wash my face, I have a little trick. It's actually something I learned from a makeup artist back when I worked in retail and sold perfume. He’s like, “Listen, if you’re super tired and you can’t even wash your face, and you just use a makeup wipe, the one thing you should still always do is moisturize.” So, sometimes when I’m really exhausted, I don’t really go in with the soap and water. I know it’s not the greatest, but I’ll just use a couple of face wipes and then moisturize my skin really well. That’s key for me!” she told WhoWhatWear.

5. She Was Diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021Ryan Emberley/Getty Images

“For the longest time, I didn’t understand why I felt so sick. Why I felt lows that made me not want to leave my house or be around people and why I felt highs that wouldn’t let me sleep, wouldn’t let me stop working or creating music. Now I know why,” she said on Twitter, revealing her bipolar diagnosis. “I was very fearful,” she told Self magazine. “I didn’t want to think there was something wrong with me.” “My mom would call it code red,” Rexha said. “A day before [my period started], I would feel like my world was ending ... I would get into these funks and be really depressed and not want to leave my house.”

"“That was my worst fear all my life: going crazy,” she told Self. “I felt like me opening up to my fans was me finally saying, ‘I’m not going to be imprisoned by this.’ And maybe it’ll make somebody not feel imprisoned, in that moment, if they feel like they’re going through a rough time. That’s why I decided to really open up and to free myself from that.”

“It's telling myself ‘you're beautiful!’ I think it's so important to tell yourself that every day and believe it, and know that you're amazing, and know that you're incredible and that there is only one of you. That's what's special,” she told Glamour UK.

2. She Said She’s Gone Vegan

Pinnock has said she’s gone vegan, avoiding animal products. “According to Harvard Medical School, there's an ever-growing amount of evidence that shows eating a vegan diet can help you live a long, healthy life. It can help lower your risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease, aid in weight loss, and even help prevent colon and breast cancer, to name a handful of the benefits,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!

3. She Doesn’t Skip Leg Day

Radio 1's Big Weekend - MiddlesboroughJo Hale/Redferns

“Leg day… 80kg.. this is the girl who couldn’t do a push-up a month ago,” she wrote once on an Instagram post. “There are many reasons for keeping the legs strong including reducing fall risk, improving metabolism, and getting out of a chair with more ease. Additionally, according to a British study done on twins, published in 2015, there is also a link between brain health and leg strength,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Calls Little Mix Her “Family”

“Honesty. I love it when my friends can tell me, ‘Leigh-Anne, you're being a little bit of a diva, just slow your row.’ I love that. A friend that is there for me, I feel like that's so important. I'm very lucky to have the same group of friends that I had in school, and I'm still super close with them. I feel like I wouldn't be able to navigate the world without them. They're everything. Also my sisters in Little Mix, they're not even friends, they are sisters. They are my family.”

5. She Loves Her Kids

Pinnock shared some photos of her babies, too. “[Motherhood] has been the most incredible journey I've ever been on. I am just so in awe of them. And I feel like the luckiest person every day to wake up and see their smile and... I'm going to get emotional...” she told Glamour UK, welling up.

Olivia O’Brien, the singer behind Was It Even Real?, is known for the amazing voice and her devil may care attitude. The latter was on display on social media yesterday; O’Brien just posted a new set of bathing suit shots today from her vacation to Mexico. She captioned the post, “I don’t need to tell u, u already know.” "Yeah," she captioned another, dangling from a pole. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Olivia O’Brien stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Channels Her Negativity Into Music

O’Brien, like many other songwriters, likes to draw from her personal experiences to write songs. She tells Cosmopolitan that she would channel her negative experiences into lyrics. “I used to write pretty much only about when I was sad and when I was going through something that was really hard for me,” she said.

2. She Has A Lot Of Support

In an interview with OnesToWatch.com, O’Brien talked about how she achieved fame. She says that she’s lucky to be on a good label and have a lot of supportive people around her. “I think if I didn't have my label and those people helping me, I would literally still be living in Napa and wouldn't be doing music. Because ‘i hate u, i love u’ was the only song that I released.”

3. She Pushed Herself

O’Brien tells OnesToWatch.com that she really pushed herself when it comes to her career. She says that this helped with her success. “If I hadn't got on it, and told myself, ‘I want to do this now,’ I wouldn't be anywhere, and that song would've just came and passed. I would've just been left behind. So I'm happy that I had the initiative and went for it.”

4. She Moved Past The Bullying

Rihanna's 5th Annual Diamond BallTaylor Hill/WireImage

O’Brien is open about the amount of bullying she faced when she was young. However, she tells OnesToWatch.com that she has moved past it, as she knows more important things are ahead. “Even though it's really impossible, you have to realize that high school and elementary school, middle school, whatever… in the end, you're going to be past that and have a completely separate life from that. Yeah, growing up is important and the memories you make are important, but the people that are mean probably aren't really going to go anywhere in life - because they're mean and there's obviously something going on with themselves. So you just have to remember that. Remember that one day you'll be 35 and think, 'Wow, I can't believe I ever let those dumb people affect my life.'"

5. She Swims

O’Brien loves to spend time in the water. She has posted several photos and videos on Instagram of herself enjoying time at the beach and going for a swim. She posted this video on Instagram of herself enjoying a pool day while on her Mexico vacation. O’Brien captioned the video, “What happens in slayulita, slays in slayulita.”

Love Island star Olivia Hawkins is modeling swimwear and enjoying the sun in Ibiza, Spain, but this time, it’s for fun rather than work. Hawkins shared pictures of herself posing in a variety of swimsuits, including a hot-pink bathing suit plus a white swimsuit with a green coverup on top, flashing the peace sign. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Loves a Latte

SHEIN Debuts at Ocean Beach IbizaXavi Torrent/Getty Images

Hawkins’ go-to coffee drink is a hazelnut latte. “Since coffee is naturally caffeinated, it can be used to give you an extra boost of energy before you work out,” according to Penn Medicine. “Coffee can also boost your mood and reduce the amount of pain you feel during or after a workout, therefore allowing you to exercise more frequently and for longer periods of time.”

2. Lots of Swimming

olivia-hawkins-2Olivia Hawkins/Instagram

Hawkins frequently travels to hot beach locations, which means lots of pool and ocean swimming. “Although swimming can be great for the heart, lungs, blood vessels, and muscles, it doesn't do much for the bones,” says Harvard Health. “That's why swimmers need to supplement their aquatic training with some weight-bearing exercise, like strength training, walking, dancing, stair climbing, or gardening.”

3. Work That Makes Her Happy

olivia-hawkins-3Olivia Hawkins/Instagram

Hawkins wants to go back to work she is passionate about, which is a great way to support mental health and happiness. “Before I went in I was on my acting journey,” she says. “I trained in musical theater. One day I'd like to go back into musical theater and just continue with my acting. I was always going to come out and go straight back to what I was before. I did Love Island but in terms of reality. For now I just want to focus on my passion and what I've been doing since I was a child.”

4. Rosé All Day

olivia-hawkins-4Olivia Hawkins/Instagram

Hawkins enjoys drinking rosé wine, which should be consumed strictly in moderation. “Health care providers don't recommend that you start drinking alcohol for heart benefits, especially if you have a family history of alcohol use disorder,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Too much alcohol can have many harmful effects on the body. But if you already enjoy a glass of red wine with your evening meal, drinking it in moderation may improve your heart health.”

5. Real Emotions

olivia-hawkins-1Olivia Hawkins/Instagram

Hawkins was accused of “toxic femininity” during her time on Love Island, but says it’s not a true representation of her character. “I had many times when I was in tears that wasn’t shown on TV,” she says. “There were real emotions. Maybe it was a case of big personalities clashing, it was so intense and arguments are inevitable when we were in a confined space together 24 hours a day. But it was definitely not a case of toxic femininity. When people meet me they will see the real me, I’m definitely not a villain. Now I’m out of the villa I’m looking forward to people seeing my fun side and my big heart. I’m a genuinely lovely person.”

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper in Two-Piece Workout Gear Cheers on "Consistent Actions"
Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
