1

Get Surgical Help If You Need It

Olivia isn't against going under the knife for the sake of her health. After majorly struggling with her weight as a teen, she topped the scales at 95kg before deciding to have gastric sleeve surgery when she was 22. "My recovery was pretty good except I developed gallstones … When you have rapid weight loss you can develop that," Olivia said during an Instagram Q&A. "So I was in a lot of pain. I went from 95kg to 45kg within a year."

2

Set Goals

Olivia sets goals and reaches them when it comes to weight loss. She gained weight while filming MAFS, getting up to 80kg. "Now I'm back to 67kg as of this morning," she said. "I try to stay between 60 and 65, so a few more kilos [to lose]," she said.

3

If You Have Insecurities, Fix Them

After her gastric bypass surgery, Olivia was left with a lot of loose skin so she decided to go under the knife. "I didn't have much loose skin. I had a little bit in my arms but my [breasts] were very saggy, I had to have them done," she said, revealing she had breast reduction surgery.

4

Work Out

Working out is also a part of Olivia's routine, which she enjoys doing. "If I go for a walk with my friends, they aren't concerned about me making it up the hill or not," she told Woman's Day.

5

Eat As Healthy as Possible"

Olivia eats a diet that is as "healthy as possible." However, she does cheat on occasion. Due to undergoing gastric bypass surgery her stomach fills up fast and she can't overeat. "I can't drink and eat at the same time, so I have to finish my drink at least 10 minutes before I can eat," she said.
