However, she tells OnesToWatch.com that she has moved past it, as she knows more important things are ahead. “Even though it's really impossible, you have to realize that high school and elementary school, middle school, whatever… in the end, you're going to be past that and have a completely separate life from that. Yeah, growing up is important and the memories you make are important, but the people that are mean probably aren't really going to go anywhere in life - because they're mean and there's obviously something going on with themselves. So you just have to remember that. Remember that one day you'll be 35 and think, 'Wow, I can't believe I ever let those dumb people affect my life.'"

In 2019, a controversial “Heartbeat Bill” was passed in some states, which would limit access to abortions, with Alabama banning them completely. When this happened, Otis wrote a guest piece for People about her own abortion, wanting to let others know they weren’t alone, and to reduce the stigma. “I know I’m going to get backlash for opening up about my past. Like I said, my abortions still torment me and I hate that I had to have them. However, am I thankful? Of course. I wouldn’t be able to be a good mother to my daughter right now or have been able to be a good parent to my siblings back then. The cycle continues because there’s not enough education about sex and birth control, and not enough support. There’s not enough constructive discussion about abortion. It sucks. It really sucks. But the truth of the matter is it is a necessary option.”

Hawkins wants to go back to work she is passionate about, which is a great way to support mental health and happiness. “Before I went in I was on my acting journey,” she says. “I trained in musical theater. One day I'd like to go back into musical theater and just continue with my acting. I was always going to come out and go straight back to what I was before. I did Love Island but in terms of reality. For now I just want to focus on my passion and what I've been doing since I was a child.”

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. She Does Deadlifts
