South African TV star Oti Mabuse was performing some daredevil stunts during a recent trip to Greece. The 32-year-old dancer posted a video of herself jumping off a cliff in a bathing suit, fulfilling a lifelong dream. “Cliff jumping in Greece!!!! 💙 another one off the bucket list 💛,” she captioned the video. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Mabuse stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Up At 3am

Mabuse is up at 3am every morning, fully in work mode. “I’m an extreme early bird, so I’ll wake up at three o’clock in the morning,” she tells Women’s Health. “I usually just sit in bed and reply to emails or text messages, then I’ll either choreograph or I’ll look at the current routine for things we can improve on. I’ll go back to sleep and wake up again at about eight o’clock when I can hear my husband [fellow dancer Marius Iepure] getting up, but if I don’t have Strictly it won’t be until 12pm – I have no guilt for lying in. Three o’clock is just when my body tells me to wake up. I usually wake up slow, not tired or energetic, but once I’m fully awake that’s when the going gets going!”

2. She Is Disciplined About Her Workouts

Mabuse never skips a workout if she can help it. “I usually exercise in the morning, but I switch it up – either in the morning before work or the evening,” she says. “When I do it in the evening, it’s because I missed the morning workout. As for her exercise of choice, it’s all about the intensity. ‘I do really high intensity interval workouts. It’s either the treadmill or the assault bike, and I do lots of squats, weights and functional training. It’s anything and everything, basically.”

3. She Exercises With Friends

Mabuse enjoys working out with her fellow dancers. “I love to work out with my friends Gorka and Karen [Marquéz and Hauer, fellow Strictly professionals] – we’ll do it online now as we all have the same kind of workout machines,” she says. “Gorka will set up a workout for us to all do together,. On Strictly, that is my HIIT workout.”

4. She’s a Creature Of Habit

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Mabuse finds herself eating the same breakfast every day. “I love to recycle and use old glass jars, so I’ll have porridge with some nuts, a teaspoon of peanut butter and just healthy stuff like fruit,” she says. “I’ll have that or three eggs and a nice salad.” Mabuse also enjoys coffee in the mornings, or some tea (green or peppermint).

5. She’s a Morning Person

The Olivier Awards 2022 with MasterCard - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

When it comes to bedtime and her early mornings, Mabuse considers herself a lark, not an owl (does 3am count as “morning”?). “I’ll be at work for 10am and work until 10pm, so I don’t get to sleep a lot,” she says. “I’m definitely a morning person – I’ve got the most energy and positivity in the morning,” she says. “Don’t catch me at 10 o’clock at night, because I’m flat.”

Wrestling star Sol Ruca (real name Calyx Hampton) is soaking up the sun in one of her favorite places—the beach. Ruca shared pictures of herself posing in the sand, wearing a bright blue and green bathing suit. “Breeze in my hair man I’m all good,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Ruca stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s a Gymnast

Ruca says her gymnastics background gave her the perfect training for professional wrestling. “I actually have a video that my boyfriend has of me where I’m in the kitchen and I learned how to get up like the wrestling way,” she says. “I like showed him because that’s one of the things you do on the first day is learn how to get up. And I knew how to do the rolls with my gymnastics background. I didn’t have to worry about the rolls so much but those little things that are so big in wrestling, I kind of wanted to at least know what I was getting myself into before showing up."

2. Surfer Girl

Ruca loves everything to do with the beach, especially surfing. “Surfing can definitely be considered a form of interval training which combines short, high intensity bursts of speed with a recovery phase, repeated during exercise training,” says CSUSM professor Dr. Sean Newcomer, part of a team conducting research on the health benefits of recreational surfing. “Many surfers believe that while surfing is fun, it’s not necessarily a viable form of exercise on its own. This information has so far shown that surfing is very beneficial to the cardiovascular system and is a great part of a healthy lifestyle.”

3. Out Of Her Comfort Zone

Ruca says learning how to be a wrestler took her out of her comfort zone—and she appreciated it. “It was a bit of a struggle at first, definitely a huge learning curve being able to have those moments in the ring and being able to be a character in the ring whereas like sports, you’re supposed to be serious the whole time,” she says. “If you’re talking and making facial expressions and that type of stuff is a big no-no. Learning how to do that and being comfortable with that was like the biggest learning curve.”

4. Snowboarding

In a break from her usual beach activities, Ruca loves winter sports such as snowboarding. “It’s well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more,” says Ski Canada. “Regardless of your health and fitness goals, strapping on a pair of skis or a snowboard is sure to fulfill some of them. Due to the versatility of skiing and snowboarding, it can encompass the benefits of a cardio workout, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, and strength training session, all in one fun activity.”

5. The Finisher

Ruca is famous for her wrestling finish called the “Sol Snatcher”. “I’m constantly trying to evolve and better my move set, keep the crowd on their toes,” she says. “I don’t want to go out there and people know exactly what I’m going to do. I want to have some surprises here and there.”

Below Deck star Magda Ziomek is dreaming of getting away on a magical vacation. The model posted a picture of herself looking blissful in a zebra-print bikini in Bali, Indonesia, with the caption “escaping my mind to the faraway places 🦓.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Ziomek stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Dive

Ziomek is an accomplished scuba diver, an activity she enjoys on vacation. "Blue space therapy is a woefully underused method of lifestyle prescription for our physical and mental health. Still, the research proves that taking a dip can boost our wellbeing ten-fold," says Dr Ruth Micallef, award-winning counselor and mental health expert. "Wild swimming has a host of research-proven benefits, including improved self-esteem, social confidence, and resilience—to name just a few."

2. She Skateboards

Skateboarding at the beach is one of Ziomek’s favorite hobbies. “Skaters are excellent critical thinkers and problem-solvers who view success from a more communal perspective. They bring that insight into other areas of their lives, which is valuable to any university or organization,” says skateboarding expert Neftalie Williams.

3. She Skis

Ziomek loves to spend hours out on the slopes. “Alpine skiing is a mix of endurance and resistance training,” says Dr. Josef Niebauer, a professor of sports medicine and cardiology and director of the Institute for Molecular Sports and Rehabilitation Medicine at Paracelsus Medical University in Salzburg, Austria. “It has positive effects on the heart and circulation, as well as peripheral muscles—predominantly the legs.”

4. She Lifts Weights

Ziomek frequently incorporates weight training into her workout regimen. “Strength training is the only way you’re going to truly be able to sculpt the physique of your personal dreams,” says Chicago-based strength coach Sue Clark. “Above and beyond the physical changes, though, a whole new persona emerges as people start to feel really confident in their own bodies.”

5. She’s A Yogi

Ziomek likes to slow down and enjoy regular yoga sessions to balance out her high-energy activities. Studies show yoga is an incredibly effective stress-buster, which can have a profound impact on health. "There's a huge body of literature that says psychosocial stressors such as work and marital stress, as well as anxiety and depression, are associated with increased risk for cardiovascular disease," said Dr. Puja Mehta, an assistant professor of medicine in the division of cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. "With chronic stress, the sympathetic nervous system is in overdrive.”

Italian sports reporter Maria Arreghini is soaking up the sun in beautiful Puglia, Italy. Arreghini shared sultry snaps of herself posing on the rocks at the beach in a tiny white bikini, looking happy and relaxed. “Where will you go on vacation this year? ☀️Can't wait to go to the beach 🌊,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Arreghini stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Squats and Jumping Jacks

Arreghini doesn’t need a gym to stay fit—her at-home workouts consist of squats, donkey kicks, and jumping jacks. “Jumping jacks are an aerobic exercise that can significantly elevate your heart rate and challenge your cardiovascular system,” says the American Sports and Fitness Association. “By incorporating jumping jacks into your workouts, you can improve your cardiovascular fitness, leading to better overall heart health and endurance.”

2. Elliptical Machine

Arreghini uses the elliptical machine when she’s at the gym. The elliptical machine is a good choice for those who want to go easy on their joints, experts say. “Joint protection is why many healthcare providers recommend ellipticals over treadmills when reintroducing exercise, especially after injury or surgery,” says exercise physiologist Katie Lawton, MEd.

3. World Travel

Arreghini frequently posts social media updates from her travel adventures. Not only is exploring new places fun, research shows it can be beneficial for mental health. “Traveling for pleasure can contribute to subjective well-being because people have more opportunities to detach from their work environment, to experience new things, and to control what they want to do during vacations,” says Paul Simeone, PhD, Vice President and Medical Director of Behavioral Health with Lee Health. “There’s ample research to support that positive travel experiences can make a person healthier, can strengthen their relationships, and benefits their overall wellness.”

4. Swimming In the Ocean

Arreghini loves swimming, be it in the pool or the ocean. “Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses,” says the CDC. “This can also lead to improved health for people with diabetes and heart disease.”

5. Lots of Water

Arreghini makes a point of drinking water rather than cocktails when she is spending time in the sun. “Since it provides a sense of fullness, water can help you feel satisfied in between meals—instead of heading to the snack cupboard,” says the National Council on Aging. “It can also help boost your metabolism.”

It is usually associated with the following characteristics: low temperature, high purity, and being rich with nutrients, namely, beneficial elements, which include magnesium, calcium, potassium, chromium, selenium, zinc, and vanadium. Less photosynthesis of plant planktons, consumption of nutrients, and organic decomposition have caused lots of nutrients to remain there. 1. She Hikes

Ola loves hiking. Here she is on a recent trip to Los Angeles hiking up to see the Hollywood sign. “Say YES to adventure especially in the summer,” she captioned the post. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

2. She Walks Her Dog

Ola has a little dog, so regular walks are part of her routine. “Fall 🎃🍂 me and my little happiness,” she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs.”

Breidinger is extremely motivated when it comes to her career. She talked about where this comes from to The Modems. “I am very ambitious and stubborn so I feel like I naturally keep myself motivated to reach my goals, but I also have my bad days where motivation is just a struggle. She Changed Her Hair Color

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
