Madelyn Cline has been extremely busy lately and one of her activities involved showing off her fabulous figure in a mirror swimsuit selfie! The Outer Banks star shared a bunch of photos to her Instagram, highlighting her recent activities. “Life lately,” she captioned the dump of images, which included one of her reflection in a bathing suit. How does the star prioritize health and wellness? Read on to see 6 ways Madelyn Cline stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Struggled with An Eating Disorder

Madelyn has revealed that she suffered from an eating disorder as a teen. "I think I was around 16 when I started working out a lot. I would wake up every morning at 5 a.m. and I would work out for 30 minutes. It was super rigorous cardio every day,” she explained in a 2020 Body Scan video for Women's Health. She drastically cut calories, sometimes just eating six almonds for breakfast as to not "counteract the cardio" she was doing. "It turned into not feeding myself protein and not feeding my body what it needed when I was working out so much. "I worked out multiple times during the day. All I knew was I wasn't achieving a particular body image, and so I was angry. I was harming myself and starving myself in the process of trying to achieve that."

2. Learning Self-Love Was a Game Changer

47th Annual People's Choice Awards - ArrivalsAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Madelyn’s mother was a “wonderful help” in terms of her recovery. “She would stand there in the mirror with me and we would list out things that I liked about my body," she explained. "After that repetition those things became solidified in my mind. I like my curves, I like my hips, and after a while I started to love my body. I became so much happier."

3. She Is Active Outdoors

Madelyn loves outdoor activities. “I want to climb a mountain or go backpacking somewhere. That'd be really cool,” she told Buzzfeed. However, in general, hiking isn’t one of her favorite things to do. “Like, I hate going on hikes, but I feel like I should climb a mountain at least once in my life. Just to say I did it. Yeah. I saw the view, I saw some clouds. And yeah, it's good, I did it. No more hiking ever again. Just cross it off.”

4. She Skateboards

TAG Heuer Celebrates Jimmy Butler At Miami Art WeekArturo Holmes/Getty Images for TAG Heuer

Madelyn also skateboards. “I tried to learn how to do kickflips,” she revealed in a 24 Hours with Madelyn Cline video for Vogue.

5. Horses Are Her Therapy

Madelyn’s first job in Los Angeles was at a horse barn. “Every morning I would get up at like 6am and I would drive to the barn and I would mop the stalls, feed them, and give them their supplements,” she told Vogue. “When I’m riding I feel very centered but also very alert because I am trying to figure out what the horse is telling me what is around us, if there is anything that might spook them. Just learning how to communicate with them, and if you stay calm they stay calm. So it's kind of a lesson in learning how to center yourself first. It’s cathartic. There's a reason why people go and do horse therapy. It's because it's wonderful.”

6. She Deals with Her Anxiety

2021 American Music Awards - ArrivalsMatt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images for MRC

“I think the thing I’ve learned the most about my anxiety and dealing with my emotions and learning how to conquer the things, self sabotage, and imposter syndrome is just learning how to give in and let things happen and if it doesn't go as planned that’s okay,” she told Vogue. “And give yourself the permission to tell your anxiety to" hush.

Outer Banks Star Madelyn Cline went on a magical trip to the Maldives, and the highlights she posted on social media are envy-inspiring. Cline, who plays Sarah Cameron on the show, shared pictures and video of herself dancing on a beautiful beach in a red swimsuit, and enjoying a swing right out on the water. “Magic,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Cameron’s lifestyle and wellness look like.

1. Typical Diet

Homemade,Toasted,Tuna,Melt,Sandwich,Ready,To,EatShutterstock

Cline’s diet depends on whether she’s working or not, and how hungry she is. “Sometimes I’ll wake up really hungry,” she says. “I’ll do a breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, [or] maybe a smoothie. I usually wake up pretty thirsty, so I’ll probably chug some water. On some days, In-N-Out. My order is a double-double with everything on it, plus chopped chillies, with an animal-style fry, and a Diet Coke. Usually I’ll forget about lunch until I get hungry, which is probably maybe like 4pm. I’ll realize I haven’t eaten, then I will probably Postmates something, a sandwich of some type. Usually I’ll get a tuna melt – it’s been a big thing recently.”

2. Veggies and Hummus

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,17:,Madelyn,Cline,At,The,50thShutterstock

Cline’s dinner is usually soup or something else light. “If I’m going to snack, especially on-set, I’m probably going to go with Hot Cheetos, salt and vinegar chips, or those snap pea crisps," she says. "[I also like] good old vegetables and hummus, [they’re] also delicious. For dinner, because usually I wait to eat lunch later, I will probably do something just a little lighter. I love soup: chicken tortilla soup, I love a good green soup, lemon orzo soup is really yummy. I like Matzah ball soup, [and] potato and leek soup. The possibilities are endless here.”

3. Skin Breakouts

Cline is philosophical about the occasional breakout. “I focus on the active ingredients in a product,” she says. “For cleansing, the active ingredient that has been most effective for me is benzoyl peroxide. For pigmentation and anti-aging, I look for hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, and for dryness, I look for vitamin E.” “It’s obviously never fun to have stubborn acne onscreen — especially on Outer Banks when I’m wearing heavy makeup for 12 hours every day in 100 percent humidity. But at the end of the day, everybody gets pimples. Breakouts don’t diminish your beauty, baby.”

4. Charcuterie Board

Beverly,Hills,,Ca,Usa,-,February,24,,2023:,Madelyn,ClineShutterstock

Cline is a big fan of a really well-made cheese board. “Sometimes I really love to just make a charcuterie board, basically just an adult ‘Lunchable’. My perfect board would be brie or brie-adjacent cheese," she says. "I love to have a little bit of salami, prosciutto, and definitely crackers. I love to have some fruit on there, like grapes. I love to have a fig jam or a cherry jam, and some veggies. I’m not a major dessert person, but every once in a while, I’ll get a craving for dessert. There’s a bakery nearby, and I really love these little mini rum baba cakes, like these sponge cakes soaked in rum, and there’s just a little bit of cream filling. They’re so yummy, and they’re tiny and just enough. That’s all I need. I also love tiramisu."

5. Confidence From Mom

Cline struggled with eating disorders when she was a child, sometimes working out too much without eating properly. "My mom was a wonderful help in that,” she says. “She would stand there in the mirror with me and we would list out things that I liked about my body. After that repetition those things became solidified in my mind. I like my curves, I like my hips, and after a while I started to love my body. I became so much happier."

Madelyn battled an eating disorder when she was a teenager. She revealed to Women's Health that she would barely eat any calories dramatically, some days allowing herself just six almonds for breakfast as to not "counteract the cardio" she was doing. "I think I was around 16 when I started working out a lot. I would wake up every morning at 5 a.m. and I would work out for 30 minutes. It was super rigorous cardio every day,” she confessed. 2. She Learned to Love Herself by Standing in Front of the Mirror

A “wonderful help” on Madelyn’s journey to health was her mother. “She would stand there in the mirror with me and we would list out things that I liked about my body," she told Women’s Health. Madison maintains an active lifestyle. One of her favorite hobbies? Skateboarding. “I tried to learn how to do kickflips,” she revealed in a 24 Hours with Madelyn Cline video for Vogue. She also rides horses, and even worked at a horse barn when she first moved to Los Angeles. “Every morning I would get up at like 6am and I would drive to the barn and I would mop the stalls, feed them, and give them their supplements,” she told Vogue. Spending time with the horses also boosted her mental health. “When I’m riding I feel very centered but also very alert because I am trying to figure out what the horse is telling me what is around us, if there is anything that might spook them. 5. Chess Helps Treat Her Anxiety

During a recent interview with W Magazine, Madelyn revealed that one of her Knives Out 2 costars got her into a stress-blasting hobby. “Leslie [Odom Jr.] taught me how to play chess. It became one of my favorite things to do,” she said. “Leslie was like, ‘It’s a great lesson not just in the game, but also in life.’ [The experience taught me] how to handle things in a very calm manner, and [to ask myself], What are my options? I have crazy anxiety. I would go on a set and I’d be nervous every day. [Then I would remember,] what are my options? I needed to take a minute and step back. It was a really wonderful, serendipitous lesson.”

6. She Takes Care of Her Skin Both From the Inside and Out

If you want glowing skin like Madelyn, plan on taking care of yourself both from the inside and out. She recently revealed her “favorite glassy skin secret,” on Instagram. “Our skin is a mirror of our internal health and our external environment, it reflects our emotional state, hormones, dehydration, rest, and all of life in between. It’s important to me to do everything I can to make sure my skin is as healthy and happy as possible even when I’m feeling run down and not on top of my self-care,” she said. She also revealed that Phyto A+ Brightening Treatment by Skinceuticals is a product she loves. “It soothes my out of balance skin and reduces post-blemish marks, targets surface imperfections by reducing pore clogging surface oil, and brightens - giving me glassy, healthy and glowy skin,” she said.

Madelyn Cline is known for her roles in the hit series Outer Banks and the film Knives Out: The Glass Onion. She just shared a set of photos on Instagram from her New Year’s Eve activities. 1. She Uses Cleanser

Cline has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed some of her favorite beauty products and secrets to Vogue. She says that she uses cleanser to help with acne.“It just makes me feel like it's actually good for my pores,” she explains. “I have noticed a difference in the amount of blackheads I’m getting.”

2. She Found Acceptance In Herself

Cline is open about her previous struggles with an eating disorder. She tells Women’s Health that she found acceptance in herself by repeating things over and over. "My mom was a wonderful help in that. She would stand there in the mirror with me and we would list out things that I liked about my body," she explained. "After that repetition those things became solidified in my mind. I like my curves, I like my hips, and after a while I started to love my body. I became so much happier."

3. She Takes Breaks From Social Media

Cline tells Glamour that she needs to take breaks from her social media pages from time to time. “It's important for me to remember that with my socials I’m incredibly blessed. But at the same time, sometimes it can get very loud, so I have to turn it off and listen to myself for a second and be present in the moment. It's so nice to not be thinking ‘oh, I'm gonna take this picture to post’. It's so nice to just leave my phone somewhere for a few hours. But it’s also such a wonderful tool and I'm so thankful for it.”

4. She Doesn’t Put Pressure On Herself

Premiere Of "Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery" - ArrivalsJon Kopaloff/Getty Images

Cline tells Glamour that she doesn’t put pressure on herself to do things. “I feel like everybody puts pressure on themselves to look or act a certain way sometimes. And at the end of the day – it doesn't matter. Like, you know, we're on a floating rock hurtling through space, and to worry yourself about things like that – it's trivial. All bodies are beautiful, [realising that] is a part of self-love and self-acceptance.”

5. She Learned Chess

Cline tells Glamour that she learned how to play chess, which has helped with her anxiety. “On the Glass Onion set, Leslie [Odom Jr] taught Jess and I how to play,” she says. “He’d ask ‘‘what are my options?’ I think it just means to step outside of my thoughts for a second. We can often act on an anxiety or emotion that's really, really strong. But we could just take a minute, and ask ‘what can I do in the moment? What options do I have to centre myself?’ It can feel like everything is kind of closing in, but it's not true. I think [learning chess] is a wonderful life lesson in general.”

Madison Bailey is showing off her sensational figure in SKIMS! In her latest social media post, the Outer Banks star models a pink swimsuit from Kim Kardashian’s collection. “I know what I’ll be wearing this summer @SKIMS Swim,” she captioned the Instagram post, teasing the release of the upcoming collection. How does the young Hollywood star stay healthy? Read on to see 7 ways Madison Bailey prioritizes her mental and physical health and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Rides Horses

Madison is an equestrian and has a love for horses. She celebrated her 23rd birthday by going for a ride with friends. “A good old fashioned North Carolina birthday,” she captioned the image. Horseback riding is actually a good workout. “Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories,” says Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. “If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period,” adds the American Heart Association.

2. She Sweats Outdoors

Madison likes taking her sweat sessions outdoors, going for hikes and doing the stairs. “Missing my LA hikes,” she captioned a photo of one of her sweat sessions. “Do one thing a day that makes you proud of yourself. 3.5 miles and 500 stairs will suffice for today,” she captioned a separate Instagram post.

3. She Strength Trains

Madison also stays fit with the help of strength training. She also enlists her fans to be her workout buddies, including her Outer Banks “pogue” costar Jonathan Davis. “I miss my workout buddies,” she captioned this snap.

4. She Is Open About Sexuality

Glenn Close And Bring Change To Mind Host 9th Annual "Revels & Revelations" In Support Of Teen Mental Health - ArrivalsBennett Raglin/Getty Images

Madison, who is pansexual, is transparent about her sexuality, first discussing the topic in a 2020 TikTok. In it she said she can be attracted to, "Girls. Boys. Trans boys. Trans girls. Nonbinary babies. It's what's on the inside, boo." She feels "zero shame" about her sexuality, she added in another video. In fact, sharing her truth took a weight off her. "It was worth it. I feel lighter. I feel happier that I can just be so open and honest,” she said about it.

5. She Is Open About Mental Health

Elton John AIDS Foundation's 30th Annual Academy Awards Viewing Party - Red CarpetAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Madison is also honest about her mental health struggles. When she was 17, she was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and uses her platform to educate people about it. “I was nervous about the response I would get. I think people’s response to any mental health issue that’s not depression or anxiety is that you’re crazy,” she told StyleCaster. “Especially if you have a personality disorder, they’re like, ‘Oh, what are their names?’ I’m like, ‘Not multiple personality disorder. I have borderline personality disorder.’ Basically I just have conflict with the one personality I have. There are a lot of misconceptions. But I realized at the end of the day, people want more accuracy.”

6. She Gets Her Zen On

Vanity Fair Hosts Vanities Party: A Night For Young HollywoodJon Kopaloff/Getty Images

Bailey helps manage her mental health condition with meditation, crystals, and staying aware of her own triggers, she told Entertainment Tonight. “One of the main [pros] is that likes and dislikes change often, so my aesthetic changes often. My music taste changes often," she added. "I have a very broad personality, which allows me to connect with a lot of people."

7. Her Outer Banks Character Inspires Her to Wear Less Makeup

47th Annual People's Choice Awards - ArrivalsAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Madison’s character on the show has inspired her to make changes. "I wear a lot less makeup than I did before the show," she told PopSugar. "That definitely changed the way I view makeup. I'm more into a natural, glowy look versus a full face. It made me more comfortable in my own skin. I feel a lot more naturally beautiful than I ever have."

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”
