1. She Runs On A Treadmill

David shares a lot of her favorite exercises on Instagram. David likes to do a bunch of different things to stay in shape. One thing she does is run on a treadmill. 2. She Does Core Exercises

David has an amazing core, and she makes sure to do different exercises to get it. In one of the videos from the previous Instagram post, David is seen doing a core exercise. She is seen balancing in the air on a gym machine, and doing crunches. According to the Mayo Clinic, having a good core is important. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. 3. She Weight Trains

David likes to do weight and strength training to stay in shape. She is seen doing different strength training exercises in this video she posted on Instagram. In it, David is seen doing squats with a barbell, squats with a kettlebell, deadlifts, and shoulder presses with weights. She captioned the video, “Getting ready for this looong weekend!”

4. She Works Out On Vacation

David is consistent when it comes to working out. Even when she’s on vacation. She shared this video of herself doing different exercises in a tent on the beach.
