1. She Uses Cables
Reif posts a lot of workout videos on Instagram and YouTube. She likes to do a lot of different things to stay in shape. In this Instagram video, Reif is seen using cables. She is doing leg lifts while in a handstand and also while hanging from them, as well as pull-ups. Reif captioned the video, “A feeling I never want to miss: being strong, being able to lift my body and taking this hour to perform like an absolute badass.”
2. She Does Dance Workouts
One type of workout that Reif likes to do is dance workouts. She posted this video on Instagram advertising her new dance-based workout video on YouTube. She captioned the video, “A wonderful sunset, happy dancing, sexy shaking and good mood music.”

4. She Hikes

Reif spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. She posted this set of photos on Instagram of herself hiking in Ibiza. She captioned the post, “Exploring the cliffs of Ibiza / anzeige. A super intense week with hundreds of hugs & pictures in Germany comes to an end (I’m still behind with my stories, will upload bit by bit haha) & I’m ready to enjoy more lonely sunsets from tomorrow onwards.”
5. She Stretches

Reif always remembers to stretch. She posted this video on YouTube of herself doing different back stretches. She wrote in the video’s description, “This routine opens the chest, mobilizes the spine, stretches the shoulders and the back. Let's get a better posture! You can do this after any kind of workout, after sitting at your desk for a long time, in the morning or before you go to bed. :) There is no ‘wrong’ timing here. No equipment needed. Just prepare a soft surface like a yoga mat or towel :) .. and a wall haha.”
