She Accepts Herself
Pampita, who is unbelievably 44-years-old, is all about self-love and acceptance. "I look pretty, with some wrinkles but wiser. Today I accept myself as I am," she said, according to Infobabe. "Without self-acceptance, your psychological well-being can suffer, and often, beneficial interventions are less helpful for you than for others with higher self-acceptance," says Harvard Health. "For example, practicing mindfulness can help many people reduce the impact of stress. But when you cannot accept yourself, it becomes less effective. Also, if you have a physical illness such as rheumatoid arthritis, not accepting yourself can make you more anxious about your body. In this context, your automatic negative thoughts increase."
She Eats Healthy
According to Infobabe, Pampita's manager, Gastón Stati, revealed that his star client is incredibly healthy and disciplined. For example, she rarely drinks alcohol and has never used drugs or smoked cigarettes. She also stays away from restrictive diets. She does have a few weaknesses, however: Pasta and dulce de leche ice cream.
She Exercises
Pampita takes a more long-term, sustainable approach to fitness instead of a quick fix. "The only way to last over time is to do what you like," she says. Part of her plan? A whopping 200 ab exercises per day!
She Dances
Pamita also attends dance classes twice a week. She loves dancing to reggaeton, Brazilian music and cumbia, "to burn calories and work her legs," says her teacher. Dancing helps build strength, promotes flexibility, aids in weight loss, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers.
She Hydrates
Pampita prioritizes hydration. According to Big Bang, the model drinks two to three liters of water per day. "It's fed conscientiously, in measured doses," she explained. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
