1. She Swims
One thing Pampita likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared this video of herself getting out of the ocean. Pampita also posted these highlights from a trip to Ibiza, including shots of herself in the pool. She also posted this photo of herself in a hotel pool in Madrid.
2. She’s Disciplined

Pampita has a strong work ethic. She tells Teleshow that this attitude was developed when she was young. “I studied ballet all my childhood. That demanding discipline to which you had to dedicate 100% of your time. I left school and went to rehearse, from Monday to Saturday. It was very difficult, but it taught me, it gave me bases for the rest of my life.”
3. She Stuck To Her Goals
Pampita tells Teleshow that one of the reasons she has so much success is her determination. “I am very aware of everything. Also the luck I had, because there is always a magic wand that gives you that first step. Then you have to work hard and be professional, becauseI had many beautiful and talented companions, but they fell by the wayside. Perhaps I was clearer about the final goal.”
4. She Embraces Herself
Pampita might be a model, but she always doesn’t feel pressure to look perfect. She tells Teleshow that she embraces who she is at any phase. “I don't feel pressure to be something else. Because today I'm breastfeeding, I'm a mom, I'm at that stage.”
5. She’s Open
Pampita is open to whatever life throws at her. She says to Teleshow that this helped her find her husband. “I always had the door open,” she says. “There are people who perhaps keep it closed and complain because they can't find anyone. You have to have your heart prepared to receive too.”
