Mayfield does a lot of things to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is boxing, which comes in handy since she’s a wrestler. Mayfield shared this video on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Mayfield likes to use weights and strength train to stay in shape. In several of her workout videos on her Instagram, she is seen using weights.
