She Horseback Rides

Rojas spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go horseback riding. Rojas posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself with horses. She shared this photo of herself riding in a vineyard in Sonoma County. The American Heart Association reports that riding has a lot of benefits. "One of the benefits of regular exercise is lowered blood pressure; horseback riding is exercise. Lower blood pressure can reduce the risk of heart disease. Plus just being around animals has been shown to do that as well."


She Slides

Rojas is a kid at heart. She likes to do fun things to stay in shape. One thing Rojas likes to do is go down slides. She shared this video on Instagram of herself sliding at the beach. Rojas captioned it, "Sit down ma'am? No, thank you. The plan is to have fun like a girl forever."


She Swims

As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Rojas loves to go to the beach. She likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She also shared this set of photos and one video of herself at the beach in Sisal, Yucatan. Rojas captioned the post, "I plunged myself in salt water, salt water and fresh water; I ate deliciously and marveled at everything I saw. She Boxes

Rojas likes to box to stay in shape. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself at the gym sparring. Rojas captioned the post, "Training and doing catharsis at the same time. Nobody gives up here." Harvard Health states that since boxing is an aerobic exercise, it has a lot of benefits. "Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther."


She Skis
