1. Beauty Sleep

Paris,Hilton,At,The,2022,Mtv,Movie,Awards,Held,AtShutterstock

"Sleep is so important,” Paris told Well+Good. “I notice such a huge difference from when I used to have nightmares and not get sleep, because it would affect my entire day and I would be exhausted and not in a good mood. When I do get [good] sleep, I feel awake and energized and happy and in a way better mood.” She told the Wall Street Journal that she used to suffer from “very bad insomnia” but that after “healing” her nightmares ended. “For sleep, I probably need eight to 10 hours to feel really great the next day. My hours have changed so much; I used to be up so late at night and traveling 250 days out of the year and deejaying very late-night sets, so I used to wake up a lot later,” she said.

2. A Big Breakfast

Paris fuels up in the morning with a big breakfast. “I get up around 7 a.m., it’s the first day of the week, so I like to be on top of everything since I have so much to do. The first thing I do when I wake up is play with my puppies…. Then I’ll go down to the kitchen and make breakfast for my puppies and myself,” she told the Wall Street Journal. “I love cooking breakfast. It’s one of my favorite meals. One of my favorite things to cook is banana French toast, so that with fresh-squeezed orange juice and Rice Krispies or Lucky Charms. It’s my favorite breakfast.”

3. Supplements

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,9:,Paris,Hilton,At,The,VersaceShutterstock

Paris takes her vitamins. “I like taking vitamin A, E and B, and biotin,” she told the Wall Street Journal.

4. Outdoor Exercise

Paris prefers outdoor exercise. “I’ve never been a gym person,” Paris revealed to the Wall Street Journal. “My workout used to be just dancing, from being a deejay and having to go out at night and go to music festivals and things like that. But obviously with the world being shut down, it’s different. So I like to do things that are fun, just being outdoors; I take my dogs for walks. I love going on hikes, playing tennis, going swimming, surfing, horseback riding, really just getting outside. Or shopping. That’s my favorite workout.”

5. Self-Care

Paris also takes time for self-care.“I don’t really have a lot of downtime, but [when I do], I wanna spend all of it with my family. Taking Phoenix to the park and just hanging out with him at the house, the puppies and my husband. I love sitting with them and playing games and reading books. My sister always says you don’t want to miss those moments. All my free time, I’m doing that. And then also my music and my art. I love to paint and cook and just be with my husband and my baby boy,” she told Us.

In addition to starring in Christmas In Mistletoe Lake, Genelle Williams also stars in Family Law. Truly, I was weighing myself really often — and if I'd gained a few pounds, it'd ruin my day,” she confesses. “And then I just started to feel like, ‘This is ridiculous.’ One of the lines in that song is ‘let the world grow while I'm shrinking,’ and that's so ridiculous. No, I want to grow as a person. Like, why is [thinness] the measurement of my worth?’”

6. Jodie Sweetin

Los,Angeles,-,Jul,26:,Jodie,Sweetin,Arrives,To,TheShutterstock

Sokoloff says that her children inspired her to not obsess over her weight. “I also don’t obsess over hours at the gym anymore. I would rather hang out with my family at the zoo on a Saturday morning than hit up a spin class. I truly don’t have the time to care like I used to and I’m 100 percent okay with that! I’m also proud to say that my daughters do not even know the D word exists. We never speak of diets or dieting or DEPRIVING for that matter. That’s just how it is.”

This class is no joke! So about 30 minutes before, I had what I have every single morning: Bigelow Earl Grey tea with coconut creamer from Trader Joe’s and agave. My parents are from India, so I grew up with this tea culture, and tea time is a very big deal. It’s why I don’t wake up and drink coffee. For Hewitt, fitness is all about variety. “I try to switch it up a bit,” she told OK! Magazine. “I’ve found that if every week I do something different it tricks my muscles into not getting used to doing any one thing. I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. I do a booty workout thing that I just did for Shape, which was really fun. And I do Zumba. I have DVDs and I dance around like a crazy person in my house.”

She Builds Confidence

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
