Hilton posted a new throwback photo on Instagram of herself modeling for Dior. In the shoot, she wore a one piece swimsuit, complimenting her figure. She captioned the photo, "She's Dior baby." She Eats A Healthy Lunch

Hilton broke down her typical meals each day to The List. She says that she likes to cook a lot of her food. She also says that lunch is typically her healthiest meal each day. "I love making sandwiches, with baguettes and turkey and cheddar cheese and lettuce and mayo and mustard, with fruit and smoothies," she says.

She Cooks

Hilton is learning how to cook, and is documenting her journey on her series, Cooking With Paris. She revealed some of her favorite healthy meals to make in an interview with Glamour. "I love cooking lasagna. I'll be coming out with a lot more Cooking With Paris videos soon—I've been doing a lot of cooking, since I have a lot of time now. My favorite dessert to cook is banana bread, which I just started cooking during quarantine. I love it. But I add in way more bananas, way more sugar, and honey on top, and sprinkles, and call it Sliving Banana Bread."

She Loves To Read

Hilton is a businesswoman, and she loves to get advice on how to improve and hone her skills. She tells Glamour that she likes to read books that help her learn new things. "I'm reading this really good book right now: You Are a Mogul by Tiffany Pham. I. Love. It. I'm obsessed with reading about anything to do with business. I think she's brilliant."

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Hilton has amazing skin and is a fashion and beauty icon. She tells WhoWhatWear that she has an intricate skincare routine.
