1. She Uses a Machine That Helps Her Workout
When it comes to working out, Hilton is the first to admit that she doesn’t have a ton of time to go to the gym. In order to stay in shape, she bought the Nutrosis Full-Body System. This allows her body to feel like she’s working out, while she’s going throughout her day. “When I’m getting a facial, I just lie there and this machine attaches to your body and is basically like doing a million sit-ups,” Hilton explained to Yahoo Life. “You just lie down and relax, but your whole body’s being worked out the whole time. I think that’s an amazing hack for working out and not actually having to do anything.”
2. She Takes Supplements

Hilton broke down some of her beauty secrets to Marie Claire. In the interview, she revealed that she was taking supplements to help her skin stay healthy and keep up on her diet. “I’ve really just been focusing on being healthy from the inside out, because I really think that that’s the future of beauty products. A lot of signs of aging and inflammation in our body are usually caused by not getting the right nutrition, so I’ve been relying on my Viome food recommendations and the supplements. It’s really important to me. Since I’ve been taking these supplements, I’ve never felt better and it’s just been really amazing.”
3. She Has An At-Home Wellness Center

Hilton revealed to Marie Claire that she has an at-home wellness center. She says that this helps her make time for herself to unwind and relax with her busy schedule. “I have a wellness center I built at my house, so I’ll do a hyperbaric chamber and we have a cryotherapy machine, so those are really good for you.”
4. She Spends Time Outside

Hilton lives in California, where the weather is gorgeous, and there are a lot of things to do outside. She tells Marie Claire that she takes full advantage of that option. Hilton says that she spends a lot of time outside, and that a lot of her favorite workouts are outdoor activities. “I love to go on walks with my dog up in the mountains and go hiking, surfing, and skiing.”
5. She Winds Down At Nights

Hilton admits to Marie Claire that getting enough sleep can be difficult for her. She says that she has a lot of different things that she does to get her to wind down at nights. “I will do the Ballancer Pro machine, take my R3SET (the nighttime one that I take every single night) and then I put on this app called Sleep Fan. I like hearing that noise of the fan and try to put my phone down, because the blue light from the phone keeps you up, so I try to not look at my phone.”
