Paris Hilton in Bathing Suit is "Thankful for Love"

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Paris Hilton is spreading the love—in a bathing suit. "Happy Thanksgiving!" she wrote on Instagram, with photos, including one of her in a bathing suit. "This year of life has been the most fulfilling yet. I will never forget all the lessons, challenges and opportunities for growth I've been shown, and I'm grateful for it all—the good, the bad and eveything in between. I've grown a lot and I am still evolving. This month, I became a wife and I'm so grateful to not only my amazing husband, but also the wonderful friends and family that surrounded us on our wedding weekend and have supported us along the way. This next chapter will be my best to come, not only as a wife, advocate and business woman, but as the Paris I'm more and more proud to be every day. I'm so excited to keep creating more with my new media company, 11:11 Media, and the other exciting ventures I'm pursuing. I'm thankful for the outpouring of love and support from my fans and those who have stuck by me since the beginning. You all mean the world to me. Love you all and keep dreaming and shining your light! The world needs every bit of love  you have to offer! #HappyThanksgiving #Grateful." Cooking with Paris has been a hit during the pandemic. "It's definitely not your average cooking show," Paris told Delish. "I'm not a professional or trained chef, so I'm learning a lot in the kitchen as I go." "Cooking meals at home can result in healthier meals, lower food costs and better family bonding. But studies show that Americans are eating fewer meals at home now than in previous decades — and the meals eaten away from home have more calories, fat and added sugar than do the home-cooked meals," says the Mayo Clinic.

This is Her Go-To Breakfast and Lunch

The Cooking with Paris star actually does spend time in the kitchen. "I love breakfast. That's one of my favorite meals," Hilton explained. "So every morning, I have either French toast or pancakes or a breakfast sandwich and cereal, like Lucky Charms or Frosted Flakes and fresh-squeezed orange juice and celery juice, if I'm trying to be healthy," she told The List. "And then for lunch, I love making sandwiches, with baguettes and turkey and cheddar cheese and lettuce and mayo and mustard, with fruit and smoothies," Hilton said.

"Being active and engaging in regular aerobic exercise is important for overall heart health and wellness. Typically, 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity five days a week is recommended for most healthy adults. Running is a simple, low-cost exercise, and you should be commended for starting a new exercise regimen," says the Mayo Clinic. "Before starting out, I would suggest you invest in a good pair of running shoes and make sure that you warm up and stretch prior to any run. Focus on cross training with exercises that strengthen your hips and core."

She Knows Resisting Fast Food Leads to Weight Loss

"I've been really working out. I'm not eating fast food anymore," she once said. "No more McDonalds, In-N-Out done. I'm getting my bikini body, so I'm about that." If you have to eat there, go green. "Choose an entree salad with vegetables and grilled chicken or shrimp. Choose a dressing you like but be cautious with the amount. Use half the package or keep the salad dressing on the side to control the number of calories from added fat and other unwanted ingredients, such as added salt and sugar. Watch out for high-calorie salads, such as those with deep-fried shells or those topped with breaded chicken or other fried toppings," says the Mayo Clinic. "Also skip extras, such as cheese and croutons, which quickly increase your calorie count."

She Has Joked That "Shopping is My Cardio"

"Since they just shut down all of the gyms again, I thought it would be a fun video to post of how people could work out at home—with of course my Paris twist to it," Hilton told Vogue. "I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio." She posted a video of herself lifting Louis Vuitton "Alma" bags.
