Paris Hilton is spreading the love—in a bathing suit. “Happy Thanksgiving!” she wrote on Instagram, with photos, including one of her in a bathing suit. “This year of life has been the most fulfilling yet. I will never forget all the lessons, challenges and opportunities for growth I’ve been shown, and I’m grateful for it all—the good, the bad and eveything in between. I’ve grown a lot and I am still evolving. This month, I became a wife and I’m so grateful to not only my amazing husband, but also the wonderful friends and family that surrounded us on our wedding weekend and have supported us along the way. This next chapter will be my best to come, not only as a wife, advocate and business woman, but as the Paris I’m more and more proud to be every day. I’m so excited to keep creating more with my new media company, 11:11 Media, and the other exciting ventures I’m pursuing. I’m thankful for the outpouring of love and support from my fans and those who have stuck by me since the beginning. You all mean the world to me. Love you all and keep dreaming and shining your light! The world needs every bit of love you have to offer! #HappyThanksgiving #Grateful.” Read on to see 5 ways Paris Hilton stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Cooks, and Not Just on TV

Cooking with Paris has been a hit during the pandemic. “It’s definitely not your average cooking show,” Paris told Delish. “I'm not a professional or trained chef, so I'm learning a lot in the kitchen as I go.” "Cooking meals at home can result in healthier meals, lower food costs and better family bonding. But studies show that Americans are eating fewer meals at home now than in previous decades — and the meals eaten away from home have more calories, fat and added sugar than do the home-cooked meals," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. This is Her Go-To Breakfast and Lunch

2021 MTV Video Music Awards - ArrivalsTaylor Hill/FilmMagic

The Cooking with Paris star actually does spend time in the kitchen. "I love breakfast. That's one of my favorite meals," Hilton explained. "So every morning, I have either French toast or pancakes or a breakfast sandwich and cereal, like Lucky Charms or Frosted Flakes and fresh-squeezed orange juice and celery juice, if I'm trying to be healthy," she told The List. "And then for lunch, I love making sandwiches, with baguettes and turkey and cheddar cheese and lettuce and mayo and mustard, with fruit and smoothies," Hilton said.

3. She Has Jogged

“Being active and engaging in regular aerobic exercise is important for overall heart health and wellness. Typically, 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity five days a week is recommended for most healthy adults. Running is a simple, low-cost exercise, and you should be commended for starting a new exercise regimen,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Before starting out, I would suggest you invest in a good pair of running shoes and make sure that you warm up and stretch prior to any run. Focus on cross training with exercises that strengthen your hips and core.”

4. She Knows Resisting Fast Food Leads to Weight Loss

“I’ve been really working out. I’m not eating fast food anymore,” she once said. “No more McDonalds, In-N-Out done. I’m getting my bikini body, so I’m about that.” If you have to eat there, go green. “Choose an entree salad with vegetables and grilled chicken or shrimp. Choose a dressing you like but be cautious with the amount. Use half the package or keep the salad dressing on the side to control the number of calories from added fat and other unwanted ingredients, such as added salt and sugar. Watch out for high-calorie salads, such as those with deep-fried shells or those topped with breaded chicken or other fried toppings,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Also skip extras, such as cheese and croutons, which quickly increase your calorie count.”

5. She Has Joked That “Shopping is My Cardio”

“Since they just shut down all of the gyms again, I thought it would be a fun video to post of how people could work out at home—with of course my Paris twist to it,” Hilton told Vogue. “I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio.” She posted a video of herself lifting Louis Vuitton “Alma” bags.

Paris Hilton just enjoyed a wonderful vacation celebrating her anniversary with husband Carter Reum, and shared all the details with her fans. Hilton, 41, posted a series of photos on Instagram from a luxury resort in the Maldives, wearing a variety of beautiful swimsuits as she posed against a background of blue skies and ocean. “I've been all over the world and stayed at the most beautiful places… This private island is truly Paradise on Earth!😍🏝 So beautiful, romantic and relaxing here! Feels like a dream!🤩 I feel so lucky and blessed to be here with my love celebrating our anniversary. 🥰,” she captioned a post. How does she stay so fit? 1. Shopping Is Her Cardio

Hilton joked that she rarely works out during a very tongue-in-cheek 2020 interview with VOGUE, discussing some videos she posted of herself using designer handbags as workout equipment. “Since they just shut down all of the gyms again, I thought it would be a fun video to post of how people could work out at home—with of course my Paris twist to it,” she says. “I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio.”

2. French Toast For Breakfast

French,ToastShutterstock

Hilton has a strong sweet tooth, but is trying to make healthier choices for breakfast. “It depends on what’s happening that day, like if I want something really sweet, I’ll make French toast, but I’ve been trying to be healthy,” she says. “Ever since I did Viome, I got all these recommendations of which superfoods are good for me to eat and what to avoid as well. Usually, I’ll do that with a smoothie, and then I put in the supplements that I got from Viome as well, and try to be healthy in the morning, do a lot of juicing and celery juice. [In my smoothie, I put] banana, strawberry, goji berries and my supplements from Viome.”

3. Walking and Hiking

ParisHiltonParis Hilton/Instagram

Hilton says she doesn’t have time for regular gym sessions, but loves to go hiking and take long walks with her pups. “Harvard researchers looked at 32 obesity-promoting genes in over 12,000 people to determine how much these genes actually contribute to body weight,” says Harvard Health. “They then discovered that, among the study participants who walked briskly for about an hour a day, the effects of those genes were cut in half.”

4. She’s a Night Owl

ParisHilton2Paris Hilton/Instagram

Getting enough sleep is crucial to good health, so Hilton is attempting to go to sleep earlier these days. “I’m such a night owl, so it’s very hard for me to go to bed early,” she says. “When I have to get up early in the morning, then I’ll go to bed at like 10 p.m., but if I don’t, then I’ll be up till 3 a.m., so it just depends on what’s happening the next day.”

5. She Loves To Cook

ParisHilton3Paris Hilton/Instagram

Hilton says she’s looking forward to having kids so they can all cook together as a family, something Kim Kardashian told her. “I'm comfortable basically doing anything,” she says. “I make the best sandwiches, especially for my fiancé. I make his favorites, like turkey sandwiches and peanut butter and jelly.”

1. This is Her Exercise Plan

Whether it’s a joke or not, Hilton has said “I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio.” She has also said her DJ sets are cardio. Dance, in fact, can be good cardio. “The guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. This is Her Normal Breakfast

3. She Loves Pasta for Dinner

"I love making lasagna obviously and pasta. I'm really good at doing Italian night. So anything Italian, I love to eat, and that's usually what I have for dinner," Hilton told the List. She calls her speciality her “sliving” lasagna.

4. She Was Once Aware of What Goes in Your Body

Paris once dated a man who advised her on her health. “He explained everything to me,” Hilton said of the former nightclub owner. “Now I only eat organic foods when we’re at home. He makes me watch documentaries on food, like Fast Food Nation, and he makes me aware of what things are good for your body because he’s very into that.”

5. She Did a Reset This Year

Revolve GalleryGary Gershoff/Getty Images

Hilton promotes a botanical stress supplement. "2020 was a tough year for everyone, in so many unimaginable ways. I decided 2021 was going to be my reset year. I was going to share my full story, confront my past and begin to conquer the stressors that have impacted me every day," said Hilton. "I was introduced to R3SET on a photo shoot last year. I was exhausted and stressed out. R3SET has become my secret weapon in managing stress. It works for me. I feel more focused during the day and sleep better at night. With the results and my renewed focus on self-care and wellness, I contacted the R3SET team and got involved to share R3SET with everyone."

I like cartoons and comedy—really anything that puts me in a good mood and makes me laugh.”

3. She Gets Enough Sleep

Hilton tells Well + Good that she makes sure to get her beauty sleep, and that it is a big part of her wellness and mental health routine. “Sleep is so important. I notice such a huge difference from when I used to have nightmares and not get sleep, because it would affect my entire day and I would be exhausted and not in a good mood. When I do get [good] sleep, I feel awake and energized and happy and in a way better mood.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Hilton has pretty incredible skin, and she says that she takes good care of it. In addition to using different products, Hilton also likes to take spa trips as often as she can. “I'm obsessed with getting facials,” she tells Well + Good. “I get them a couple a times per week, because I find them so relaxing.”

5. She Stays Positive

When Well + Good asked Hilton how she deals with stress, the socialite answered that staying positive is a big help to her. “All of my different businesses and brands are always stressful, but I love what I do and all of the products that I work on. To keep myself from feeling stressed about all of it, I try to think about how excited I am about upcoming projects and how happy the products are going to make my fans. When I think about the positives, it really helps me feel proud instead of overwhelmed.”

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
