She Doesn't Work Out in "Real Life"

Over the pandemic, Paris filmed a workout video for fans. "Since they just shut down all of the gyms again, I thought it would be a fun video to post of how people could work out at home—with of course my Paris twist to it," she said. "I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio." Another way she burns calories? Dj'ing as she is jumping around the stage for hours.

Paris' TikTok workout routine, dubbed "8 easy exercises to stay hot while you're staying home," used designer handbags instead of weights, featured her cycling around her house on a pink bike, using an inflatable unicorn to do sit ups, and doing pull-ups in from of a neon sign reading "Need Money For Gucci."

When She Was At Her Skinniest She Didn't Diet or Workout

In an interview with People, Paris explained that when she was ultra-thin, she wasn't dieting. "I'd been to every incredible party in the world," she said. "But I was going out with my girlfriends and dancing, having a lot of coffee and Red Bull. Being on the go, I would just grab fast food or skip meals because I was busy."

In Fact, Diets Aren't Her Thing

Paris told People that she "doesn't like" diets. "I just don't think I could go for 40 days without something. If I did, I'd probably just give up chocolate and McDonald's. I've never tried to give up anything before. I don't like diets. My weaknesses are cotton candy and French fries."

When she wants to get in shape, she will forfeit fast food for awhile. "I've been really working out. I'm not eating fast food anymore. "No more McDonalds, In-N-Out done. I'm getting my bikini body, so I'm about that," she once revealed to Us.
