Manterola explained this philosophy in the caption of this Instagram post. “Well yes haha exercise and eat healthy,” she writes. “But THE MOST important thing is to ACCEPT AND LOVE YOURSELF as you are, so that from that space of LOVE you want to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.”

Manterola is all about practicing gratitude. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “I learned that you really LIVE only in the PRESENT, I learned that all happiness ALREADY lived inside me, which was myself, was my BEING. I learned to connect with that divine space through meditation and practicing daily gratitude.”
