1. She Uses Akalization

Manterola revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Tu Casa. She says that she likes to use alkalization techniques in her diet. “I alkalize my body every morning. I do this with a little lemon or vinegar in a cup of warm water. It's always good to do this. I’ve been doing this for a long time to wake up and I do it to keep my body in good condition. This routine is a secret that has worked very well for me."

2. She Stays Motivated

Manterola admits that she struggles to stay consistent. However, she tells Tu Casa that she keeps motivating herself to stick to her plan. “Believe it or not, sometimes I struggle very much to stay true to my routines. I think having a healthy thought life is key however. I find if my thoughts dwell on the healthy, its becomes easier to motivate myself.”

3. She’s Vegan

Manterola lives a vegan lifestyle. She opened up about her decision to do this to Tu Casa. “As soon as I started eating healthy, the natural progression for me was to become vegan. I researched, and concluded that veganism was right for me. I practice veganism correctly, often checking my vitamin and protein levels. Constancy comes when you are healthy inwardly and outwardly.”

4. She Meditates

Manterola likes to practice meditation as a way to help her mental state. “Meditation is a powerful tool. It disconnects you from your mind, thoughts, past, and future. It connects you to the being of light that is humanity and somehow returns us to truth. It is that being of light that is the true face of humanity.”

5. She Works Out At Home

Manterola has a busy life. Which means she doesn’t always have time to go to the gym or do long workouts. For this reason, she likes to do quick at-home exercises. She posted this video on YouTube of her favorite at-home exercises. In it, she is seen doing exercises like wall-sits, push-ups with rotations, tricep dips with a chair, and step-ups with a chair, among others. The whole workout is just 13 minutes, and works your entire body.
