1. She Wants To Teach Her Children To Life Healthy Lives
In an interview with Casa Magazine, Manterola opened up about her wellness routine. She says that a big part of it is teaching her children how to live healthy lives. Manterola says that this is a big motivation for her. “I strive for my children to transform into upright citizens with strong emotional intelligence. I want them to make wise decisions in terms of eating healthily and exercising. I believe educating your children by example fortifies a healthy lifestyle. And that is my greatest satisfaction, seeing them grow in a healthy way.”
2. She Drinks Lemon Water First Thing In The Morning

Manterola tells Casa Magazine that one of her biggest wellness secrets is drinking warm water first thing each day. She says that she likes to put either lemon or vinegar to help her. “I alkalize my body every morning. I do this with a little lemon or vinegar in a cup of warm water. It's always good to do this. I’ve been doing this for a long time to wake up and I do it to keep my body in good condition. This routine is a secret that has worked very well for me.”
3. She’s Vegan

When it comes to her diet, Manterola is a vegan. She tells Casa Magazine that this was a natural next step for her after she started eating a lot healthier. “As soon as I started eating healthy, the natural progression for me was to become vegan. I researched, and concluded that veganism was right for me. I practice veganism correctly, often checking my vitamin and protein levels. Constancy comes when you are healthy inwardly and outwardly.”
4. She Practices Meditation

Manterola is a big fan of practicing meditation as a way to relax. She tells Casa Magazine, “Meditation is a powerful tool. It disconnects you from your mind, thoughts, past, and future. It connects you to the being of light that is humanity and somehow returns us to truth. It is that being of light that is the true face of humanity.”
5. She Does Yoga
Manterola is a big fan of practicing yoga to help keep herself in shape. She sometimes likes to do so with her husband, Forrest Kolb. She posted this reel on Instagram of the two of them doing poses in the morning. Manterola captioned the reel, “So grateful. This is how our day begins in paradise.”
