She Believes Beauty Comes From Within

"If you want to wear Topshop, have a bit of Botox or dye your hair orange, then do it without fearing judgment. We shouldn't be body-shaming each other or think getting old is a negative thing, because it's not. What comes from within, your belief in your potential and what you can offer to the world: that is the true beauty of a woman," Patsy told Hello when asked about her thoughts on aging.

She Meditates

Patsy maintains that meditation has been a game changer for her "mind, soul, diet, exercise," adding, "It has been a really good thing for me to get into." She went through a transformation during a recent trip to Thailand. "I went to Chiva Som to do some meditation and that changed my life completely. I practice Yoga Nidra which is a guided meditation. It makes me feel so much better."

She Lifts Weights and Runs

You won't find Patsy doing yoga. "Yoga has never worked for me, I've never been able to do the downward dog. I like light weights and running," she told Hello.

She Eats Clean

Patsy told Hello that what she puts in her body is very important. "I don't diet, I just eat clean, fresh and healthy not processed foods. It's important to take the time for yourself, look in the mirror and love yourself. Be the best you can be for the age that you are at," she said.

She Is Using "Alternative Therapy" to Help with Menopause

Patsy told Hello that she has embraced alternative therapy since going through menopause. "When my blood tests first came back, the doctor said: 'I can't believe you are functioning on any level.' The balance of my progesterone and vitamin D was dangerously low. Even now, it's very Victorian the way the menopause is dealt with. No one talks about it. It's time to focus on how great this change is, as it's something that is going to come and get you," she said, revealing that her diet prescribed her a losange.
