She Drinks Lemon Water

Like many celebrities, Paulina likes to start her day with warm lemon water. In a post, she listed the benefits of drinking a cup a day. "Even a healthy person's water needs will vary, especially if you're losing water through sweat because you're exercising, or because you're outside on a hot day. If you're wondering how much water you should drink on those occasions, speak with your doctor, but a general rule of thumb for healthy people is to drink two to three cups of water per hour, or more if you're sweating heavily," says Harvard Health.

She Reads

Paulina also loves to read. "Moments," she captioned a photo of herself reading. What makes reading so great? One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Drinks Coffee

Paulina also loves drinking coffee, which is great for your health per science. A new 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. Researchers found "significant reductions" in the risk for coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke for all three types of coffee.

She Does Aerial Dance

Paulina loves to dance, including aerial dance. "There are lots of ways to stay healthy and happy!. ☺️🤸🏻 ♀️ no matter what you do, choose an activity and have fun," she captioned a post. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

She Rides Horses

Paulina enjoys horseback riding. The American Heart Association maintains that riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
