Start with Eating Healthy
While Paulina confesses that her amazing figure is mostly due to being "blessed with incredible genes," she also focuses on her eating and exercise habits. "But it's really 70-percent diet and 30-percent working out," she told Golf Digest.
Mix Up Your Workouts
"It's all about fitting in some exercise wherever you are," says Paulina, who mixes up her workouts. "I used to run every day, and I absolutely loved it. It was like meditation for me. I also loved kickboxing. What really kept me in great shape was dancing. Lately, I've been constantly on the go, so I don't get to run much anymore. Now I'm doing workout videos every day. If you don't want to go to the gym and would rather work out alone, all you have to do is find a workout on YouTube," she told Golf Digest.
Indulge in Moderation
Paulina eats healthy – most of the time. "It's as simple as Everything in Moderation. I'll eat pizza and cheeseburgers, but I won't do it every day," she told Golf Digest.
Don't Forget to Stretch
Paulina's husband, golfer Dustin Johnson, taught her to never forget to stretch. "Stretching is one of Dustin's main things. People tend to forget about stretching and underestimate how important it is when working out. For men and for women," she told Golf Digest.
Find a Workout Buddy
Paulina is a fan of the workout buddy system, regularly hitting the gym with Dustin. Not only does having a partner with similar goals help you stay accountable but even makes a great date activity. "A study from Michigan State University, for one, found that doing aerobic exercise with a partner motivated subjects to work harder and longer, compared with those working out alone, thus improving overall fitness results. The boost held even when the friend who was motivating someone to hold a plank for 24 percent longer was a virtual partner," says AARP.
