When it comes to her life, Gretzky says that she doesn't feel pressure to do things a certain way, or the way society expects her to do. She says that she prefers to live her life the way that feels right to her. ​​"I just do things my own way," she tells HollywoodLife. "I don't want to listen to how everyone else views things."

She Grew Up Playing Sports

Gretzky's father is the legendary hockey player, Wayne Gretzky. Naturally, this means she has an athletic background, and grew up playing sports. "The truth is, I was a total tomboy and loved sports," she tells Golf Digest. "Dad always says I was his best athlete."

She Doesn't Get Too Crazy With Health

Gretzky tells Golf Digest that she and her fiance, golfer Dustin Johnson, try to be as healthy as they can, but they don't go too crazy with it. "Dustin and I are very realistic about not letting diet and exercise consume our lives. We're very pro-being healthy and being fit, but we're also very 'pro-you have one life to live so have a fun life.'"

She Prioritizes Stretching

In her Golf Digest interview, Gretzky says that she prioritizes regular stretching, and encourages others to do so. "People tend to forget about stretching and underestimate how important it is when working out, but it's extremely important," she says.

She Makes Sure To Always Workout

Gretzky tells Golf Digest that her wellness plan is "70-percent diet and 30-percent working out." She also says that she makes sure to always get a workout in, even when she's traveling. "It's all about fitting in some exercise wherever you are."
