Paulina Porizkova in Bathing Suit "Celebrates Us Seasoned Women"

Here’s how she manages to look half her age

Paulina Porizkova is flaunting her ageless swimsuit body! In a new campaign for Laura Geller Beauty dubbed #LetsGetOldTogether, the smoking hot 56-year-old is reminding the world that being older is sexy. "I'm so excited to be a part of a campaign that celebrates US, seasoned women. Because as you all know, representation of us in the media is still lacking. Well, @lauragellerbeauty is changing that narrative. I'm so proud to be a part of a female led company that celebrates us as we are. And is reminding us that yes, being older is SEXY. Being older is EXPERIENCED. Being older is POWERFUL. Let's normalize aging – let's get older together, beautifully," she wrote, finishing off her post with her trademark hashtags #betweenjloandbettywhite and #sexyhasnoexpirationdate. 1

Ignore Body Shamers

Paulina refuses to listen to body shamers. "Body shaming is so last decade. Let's celebrate who we are, wrinkles and imperfections and all," she wrote in a recent Instagram caption after a troll tried to slam her for being too thin.

Eat Clean

Paulina tries to shy away from junk. "I live reasonably clean- don't much enjoy processed foods, but love a variety and do love my cakes," she wrote in a recent Instagram post

Exercise, But Don't Go Overboard

Paulina has a very moderate approach to exercise. "I started exercising when I was 40. I never did anything before that. Just cigarettes and poor nutrition. I could eat whatever I wanted because I smoked. Cindy [Crawford] would be there sweating and working out, and she had a fabulous body that she worked for and I was just like, 'Oh, that's stupid.' I had a good time being unhealthy for a while, but then you pay for it," she told Elle. Now she works out "at least three times a week- sometimes less, sometimes more," she revealed on Instagram.

4

Exercise for Mental Health

Paulina encourages exercise for mental health benefits. "I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better. So how great is that?" she told Elle.

5

Dance Your Way to a Hot Body

Paulina's favorite form of cardio? "I still dance. I've done boxing. I've done rowing. You name it, I've done it. Except for running. I don't like running. It doesn't feel good to me. It feels bad on my knees," she told Elle. "I'd rather do Zumba. And Bollywood dancing is a great way to get the aerobic part done. I do some really hard rowing classes. It's become something that's like brushing my teeth. It's something I have to do."

6

Try Pilates

Paulina is also a big fan of pilates, revealing in a recent Instagram post that the Nofar Method, a New York City based studio, is her favorite.

7

Drink Alcohol Occasionally

Paulina enjoys her spirits. "I drink wine and cocktails. I smoked until I was forty. ( Sorry to say. Of course I quit when pregnant and nursing- but my husband was an unapologetic smoker- and it was easier to do as he did instead of fighting about it)," she wrote on Instagram.
