Paulina Porizkova is one of the most successful and gorgeous supermodels of all time. She is unafraid of showing off her body on social media, and a recent Instagram post proves it. In the photo, Porizkova posed on the beach in a pink bikini. She captioned it, “When you ask your son to do a bikini photo of you- and he’s 6’5 and too lazy to get down to get a better angle.” Read on to see 5 ways Paulina Porizkova stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Intermittent Fasts

Porizkova spilled some of her diet secrets in this Instagram post. She says that she does a twist on intermittent fasting. “I do the 16/8 diet,” she says. “Which just means that you don’t eat for 16 hours and then you eat for eight.” "Between meals, as long as we don’t snack, our insulin levels will go down and our fat cells can then release their stored sugar, to be used as energy. We lose weight if we let our insulin levels go down. The entire idea of IF is to allow the insulin levels to go down far enough and for long enough that we burn off our fat," says Harvard Health.

2. She Isn’t Afraid To Indulge

In the same Instagram post, Porizkova revealed some of her favorite foods. She says in the eight hours she does eat, she isn’t afraid of indulging once in a while. “I generally take it as I eat whatever I want for eight hours because I like food. I tend to like healthier foods, but if I eat a fried chicken, I eat a fried chicken—it’s just the way it is.”

3. She Likes Vegan Food

Porizkova might not be a vegan, but she likes to eat vegan food on occasion. In her Instagram post, she says that she’s a fan of the company Splendid Spoon, particularly their smoothies. “They have all different flavors,” she says. “They also have these soups or noodles or rice, too—they have a whole bunch of stuff. It’s all vegan, it’s really good for you. It’s very healthy and I do this so I can go out to dinner and have whatever I want.”

4. She Doesn’t Get Work Done

Porizkova talked about her approach to aging in this Us Weekly interview. She says that she doesn’t like to have procedures done to her face. “I don’t like fillers or Botox because for me, I like the fact that my face is really expressive. People know how I feel and I don’t really have to talk.”

5. She Embraces Aging

Porizkova is not afraid of aging. She says in this Instagram post, “I don’t actually mind aging, I just want to age well. It’s preferable to being dead, right?” "Healthy aging is a hot topic. Whether you're concerned about weight gain, sex drive or chronic diseases, the key to healthy aging is a healthy lifestyle. Eating a variety of nutritious foods, practicing portion control and including physical activity in your daily routine can go a long way toward promoting healthy aging," says the Mayo Clinic.

Paulina Porizkova, 56, looks amazing for her age—and is determined to stop worrying about getting older and instead “make the best of what I was given” she said in an Instagram post today. “Yes, I picked this photo of me looking my best (thank you @michaelzeppetello for the photograph and @luxuriousvillarental ) to get your attention,” she wrote in the caption, adding: “#nobotox #nofillers#nointerventions YET #nofilter#noshame #proaging.” For more of her pro-aging message—and the photos to prove she’s doing it with care—read these next five pieces of essential advice—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. Paulina Made This Powerful Statement About Aging

“Combat age. Reverse aging. Rejuvenate. Anti age,” Paulina captioned her photo. “None of this is possible. Yet, if you do an internet search on aging, this is what you’ll get. Pills, potions and workouts to fight the aging process. You know what the only way to stop aging? Dying.” She continued: “I do not want to fight myself everyday for the rest of my life. But I do want to make the best of what I was given. And I want to shine a bright light in the dark corners of the shame that is heaped on women for daring to age.”

2. Paulina Says Wrinkles are A-OK

Jiri Kalfar - Backstage - February 2019 - New York Fashion Week: The ShowsGetty Images

"Sure, I have wrinkles. ( My iPhone camera graciously omits them in good light). Sure, I have some sagging. ( This is the part I’m not THAT fond of). Any woman today who doesn’t look her age has enjoyed a rarefied existence of not only a great diet and exercise, but also medical benefits,” she once wrote. “THERE IS ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with that. We, who can, are so lucky to do. But I do wish we could be more honest and open about it. Because no, I cannot look 39 with just a great diet and exercise."

3. Paulina Works Out This Way

paulina-porizkova-workout-instagramPaulina Porizkov/Instagram

Paulina posted an Instagram video the other day with her doing squats with a kettlebell, standing pushups, and dumbbell raises during a plank, for her triceps and core “Here I am with my favorite personal trainer, Judy, to get in even better shape for something special in the fall. (Top secret- can’t reveal yet),” she wrote. “In nyc I do my @nofarmethod Pilates, in the country over the summer I’ll bike and work out with Judy. She’s not only super knowledgeable and designs my workouts around my stupid hips, (stupid arthritis!) but she also has a great sense of humor. #functionalstrenghttraining@judithfox66 #zeromakeup #nofilters@forza.millbrook

4. Paulina Pauses From the Stress of Life

“Ok, here some shameless promotion for my friend’s incredible villas,” she wrote of a recent photo of her in a bikini in the villa. “There are three of them, two, thre and four bedrooms, high up in the Hermosa Hills, overlooking the jungle and with the ocean on the horizon. I have come here to heal repeatedly. I don’t know what it is about being here, but my anxiety drops to nearly undetectable, and I feel like I get to pause all the stress of life. The minute I leave, it all comes rushing in again, but aaah, I can live for those moments of peace. I’m so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to come here. And for good friends who give me a hand when I need it. @luxuriousvillarental

5. Paulina Recommends Following These Women on Instagram

“I can’t change the world alone, but if you feel like I do, there are these some amazing women here on IG that I get inspired by everyday. There are many many more, and inspirations for all different reasons, but for now I’m just picking those who are accepting their aging and making it beautiful,” wrote Paulina, who shared this list of Instagram handles, which includes broadcaster Maria Shriver and actress Andie MacDowell:

Paulina Porizkova is one of the most successful and influential supermodels of all time. And she is still posting revealing photos on Instagram. Porizkova just posted a new swimsuit photo this week. She posed in a multicolored pattern bikini, showing off her figure. Porizkova captioned the post, “Some more food for thought. Athletes versus models. Both start their careers very young. Both make large amounts of money based on their physicality - in direct proportion to the demand - for their service. Both need to keep themselves in prime physical shape. Both jobs are physically and sometimes emotionally painful. Both careers end when most others just come into their best. Both are a celebration (or objectification) of the human body. Both demand sacrifices in personal lives. Both are used for your entertainment and to sell you products. One highlights mostly men, the other mostly women. And as they start aging out of their careers, if they refuse to give up quite yet - one gets applauded and is seen as heroic, and the other shamed as pathetic. Curious to hear your thoughts .😁 Photo on vacation by my bff Jo. No filter, no retouch, no nonsense

1. She Uses SPF

Porizkova makes sure to take care of her skin. She revealed some of her favorite products on Instagram. One thing she makes sure to use is an SPF. “One of the most important things you can do [for] yourself in the summertime—for sure in the summertime, but really all year ’round—is your SPF,” she said.

2. She Posts Natural Photos

"Stillwater" New York PremiereMichael Loccisano/WireImage

Porizkova is a supermodel, however, she doesn’t always want to be the ideal beauty standards. Porizkova posts a lot of natural, unedited photos on social media. She explained why in this Instagram post. “When I post no Botox no fillers hashtags, I get a fair amount of criticism from women assuming I’m somehow being superior. And I always have a knee jerk reaction to this - wanting to defend myself. ‘No, no,’ I want to say, ‘I’m merely going for representation.’”

3. She Enriches Her Good Bacteria

Porizkova spilled some of her skincare secrets on Instagram. She says that she wants to protect the good bacteria on her face, and uses products that will do that. "I am very fond of the good bacteria on my skin," she says. "[The cream] is very matte in texture, and it's also nice and rich."

4. She Focuses On Aging Well

In the same Instagram post, Porizkova talked about her approach to aging. "I have a little bit of an issue with the name anti-aging, because I don't actually mind aging,” she says. “I just want to age well. It's preferable to being dead, right?"

5. She Ignores Critics

Porizkova has had a lot of people comment on her appearance. However, she ignores them. The model wrote on Instagram, “I’m told my face needs ‘fixing.’ It has somehow gone ‘wrong’ by aging. Is it any wonder that most of us who have the means will resort to some forms of fixing what we’re told is broken?”

Gabriella Elnicki first made waves when she appeared on the most recent season of The Bachelor. She recently took a trip to Majorca, and spent time at the beach. She shared some highlights from her trip on Instagram. In some of them, Elnicki is seen on a paddleboard in the ocean. She captioned the post, “Getting aquatic.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gabriella Elnicki stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Paddleboards

As you can see from her recent post, Elnicki likes to paddleboard to stay in shape. Paddleboarding is a great way to get outside and work on your balance. Having good balance is necessary. The American Heart Association states, “Having good balance is important for many activities we do every day, such as walking and going up and down the stairs. Exercises that improve balance can help prevent falls, a common problem in older adults and stroke patients. They can also benefit those who are obese since weight is not always carried or distributed evenly throughout the body. A loss of balance can occur when standing or moving suddenly. Often we are not fully aware that we may have weak balance until we try balance exercises.”

2. She Swims

Paddleboarding isn’t the only water activity Elneiki likes to do. She’s also a fan of swimming. Elnecki posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared this set of photos of herself at a pool in Miami. Elnicki captioned the post, “Soft smiling through the pain of my hangover.”

3. She Does Pilates

Elnicki is a big fan of Pilates. She shared this video on Instagram of herself at the gym doing Pilates exercises. Pilates has a lot of benefits. Better Health states, “Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.”

4. She Gets Some Sunshine

"It’s hard to believe we have already been in Europe for a week! Mallorca was definitely sprinkling Spanish sunshine 😏," she wrote yesterday. Basking in the warm embrace of sunlight goes beyond just lifting our spirits; it offers a myriad of health benefits that are essential for our overall well-being. Sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, crucial for bone health and immune system function. It also stimulates the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that enhances mood and helps combat stress and depression. Exposure to sunlight can regulate our sleep-wake cycles, promoting better sleep patterns and improved cognitive function. Moreover, sunlight triggers the skin's production of nitric oxide, which can help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease. While we must protect our skin from harmful UV rays, incorporating safe amounts of sunshine into our daily routines can lead to a healthier and happier life.

5. She Loves the Beach

The beach offers a treasure trove of health benefits that go far beyond its scenic beauty and soothing sounds of crashing waves. The saltwater present in the sea is a natural remedy for numerous skin conditions, aiding in the healing of wounds, reducing inflammation, and improving skin elasticity. Coastal air, rich in negative ions, can boost our body's ability to absorb oxygen, enhancing lung function and respiratory health. Moreover, spending time at the beach promotes physical activity, as walking or jogging on the sandy shore provides an excellent low-impact workout for the muscles and joints. The sound of ocean waves has been shown to induce a state of relaxation, reducing stress and promoting mental well-being. Additionally, exposure to sunlight on the beach facilitates the production of vitamin D, essential for bone health and immune system support. Combining the therapeutic qualities of saltwater, fresh air, physical activity, and sun, the beach becomes a powerful natural remedy for overall health and vitality. So, make time for the beach, and let its healing embrace revitalize your mind, body, and soul.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh.
