Paulina Porizkova is soaking her pain away in a bathing suit! In her latest Instagram post the 57-year-old flaunts her forever young figure in a blue swimsuit, revealing she is suffering from body pain. “Ready for the hot tub. This is what I’ve been up to in the last week, taking a break and trying to figure out how to fix my hips after my jungle adventure. I haven’t been able to walk properly for months. After a week of trying to figure out the culprits and working out and eating healthy, I think I’m back on track. I count myself as incredibly lucky to have been able to do this, and very grateful indeed,” she captioned the image. It will take some physical work on my part to regain flexibility, but now I know what to do. 1. Don’t Listen to Body Shamers
Paulina has a no-tolerance policy when it comes to body shamers. “Body shaming is so last decade. Let’s celebrate who we are, wrinkles and imperfections and all,” she wrote in a recent Instagram caption after being attacked by a troll.
2. Do Eat Clean

Paulina maintains a junk food-free diet, but has a moderate appraoch. “I live reasonably clean- don’t much enjoy processed foods, but love a variety and do love my cakes,” she wrote in a recent Instagram post.
3. Don’t Go Overboard with Exercise

You won’t find Paulina working out every single day. “I started exercising when I was 40. I never did anything before that. Just cigarettes and poor nutrition. I could eat whatever I wanted because I smoked. Cindy [Crawford] would be there sweating and working out, and she had a fabulous body that she worked for and I was just like, 'Oh, that's stupid.' I had a good time being unhealthy for a while, but then you pay for it,” she told Elle. Now in her fifties she works out “at least three times a week- sometimes less, sometimes more,” she revealed on Instagram.
4. Do Exercise for Mental Health Benefits
Paulina is motivated to exercise, but not only to keep herself in physical shape. “I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better. So how great is that?” she told Elle.
5. Do Dance for Cardio

Paulina enjoys one form of cardio more than others. “I still dance. I've done boxing. I've done rowing. You name it, I've done it. Except for running. I don't like running. It doesn't feel good to me. It feels bad on my knees,” she told Elle. “I'd rather do Zumba. And Bollywood dancing is a great way to get the aerobic part done. I do some really hard rowing classes. It's become something that's like brushing my teeth. It's something I have to do.”
6. Do Try Pilates
Another workout Paulina enjoys is pilates. She revealed in a recent Instagram post that the Nofar Method, a New York City based studio, is her favorite.
7. Don’t Be Ageist
Paulina is a huge advocate for embracing women of all ages. “I felt ashamed to be aging, and then on the other hand you go, 'But, I'm smarter, I'm better, I'm funnier, I'm more patient!' Overall as a person, I'm the best I've ever been. So I'm not ready to be dismissed,” she said in a recent interview with PEOPLE (the TV Show!). “You don't get to dismiss me because I have some wrinkles and sags and gray hair now, when I'm kind of fabulous, the most fabulous I've ever been. In fact, I'm going to just put it out there and go, you know what, this is me at my best. Deal with it!”
