1. She Eats Energy Rich Foods
When it comes to her diet, the former Miss Universe says that she needs food that keeps her energy up. “I like to enjoy foods that keep my energy levels stable,” Wurtzbach says to People. “Otherwise I’d likely crash at some point during the day.”
2. She Cooks When She Can
Wurtzbach tells People that her busy schedule and lifestyle doesn't always leave her time to cook. However, when she does have the time, she makes it count. “I have a busy schedule and am constantly traveling so when I do have the time to grocery shop or prepare a meal, I make it a priority,” she says.
3. She Stays Hydrated
Wurtzbach broke down her food diary to People, where she revealed that hydration is a priority. She says that she drinks “eight glasses of water” each day.
4. She Likes To Workout In The Morning
Wurtzbach tells PEP.PH that she prefers to get her exercise done in the mornings, so it’s out of the way for the rest of the day. "I try to do it in the morning, so then it's out of the way and I can continue on with my day.”
5. She Works Out Multiple Days A Week
Wurtzbach says that she makes time to workout at least a couple of days each week. “I'll do a few times a week, but definitely, I try to do it,” she says to PEP.PH.
