Pilar Rubio is launching a new swimwear collection, and who better to model it than the TV host and footballer’s wife herself? This week the 44-year-old knockout shared a photo of herself in a swimsuit from her latest collection collaboration with Selmark Lingerie, flaunting her fabulously fit figure. 1. Her Diet Is Super Healthy
Pilar revealed all of her diet secrets to Real Madrid Family. “I always try to eat breakfast at the same time and try to find time in the morning to stretch,” she said. “I’m used to eating healthy. I understand healthy food as fruit and vegetables, but also meat and fish.” What is her favorite meal? “Sorry but I love the salads … But very diverse, one day couscous, another day lentils … then green peas.” And, her guilty pleasure? “I also love the burgers.”
2. She Works Out
Pilar works out five to six days per week, according to reports. She does a lot of strength and weight training workouts to keep herself strong and lean. She does pilates, swims, and “I also exercise pelvic muscles” and chases after her kids, she has said.
3. She Doesn’t Get Much Sleep

There is one thing Pilar admits she doesn’t get enough of: Sleep. “I don’t know how to do it anymore, really,” she says about getting eight hours of slumber. “I get overwhelmed … In the end I start doing things and sleep three, four hours.”
4. This Is Her Diet/Exercise Secret

Pilar revealed her diet and exercise trick to Real Madric Family. “The secret is to find a balance between what you eat and what you burn,” she said. “You have to burn everything you eat: this is the secret.”
5. She Has Her Own Method
Pilar has published a book about her health. In an interview with the Pledge Times she revealed the five pillars of the Rubio method: “Rest, training, nutrition, physiological knowledge and, above all, mind.”
