P.E. Nation founder Pip Edwards decided to enjoy some time at the beach in Watsons Bay Baths, and she took some time to work on her tan. Edwards posted a photo of herself sunbathing on her towel on Instagram. She wrote in the caption, “Taking advantage of the break in the weather. 1. She Eats Three Healthy Meals A Day
Edwards revealed what her typical breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are to Elle AU, and she tries to eat as healthy as she can. “For breakfast I have boiled eggs and Tabasco with a skim mocha, then lunch is soup or a salad with another coffee. Trail mix in the afternoon and crackers with Vegemite and cottage cheese for a snack. Chicken and veggies or bolognese or something else hearty for dinner.”
2. She Eats Healthy Snacks

Edwards tells Elle AU that when she reaches for a snack, she makes sure to grab something healthy. “I snack into the night—liquorice tea, cashews with dates, yoghurt with cashews,” she says.
3. She Does Pilates

Edwards revealed some of her go-to exercises to Elle AU, and she says that she does a lot of Pilates. "I’m really into Pilates at the moment, I do it for core work, which also assists my boxing technique, and as rehab for my shoulder injury.”
4. She Tries To Get Outside
Edwards broke down her daily exercises to Women’s Health, and she says that on Fridays she likes to do outdoor activities. “1-2 times a month, I will do some soft sand running (running along the beach), a boxing class, or some kind of cardio.”
5. She Works Out With Her Son

Edwards says to Women’s Health that the main ways she stays active on the weekends is by doing things with her son, Justice. “Having a 12-year old son keeps me extremely active and we’re always doing something together, like basketball, or some kind of sport.”
