1. She Does Hip Hop Yoga

Lott is a fan of yoga, but not the kind you would expect. She tells the DailyMail that she’s a fan of Hip Hop Yoga. She explains, “Hip Hop Yoga is amazing. You do all the moves to Lauryn Hill songs. It puts you in a really good frame of mind for the day. Or, if you go in the evening it puts you in a real mood to go to sleep.”
2. She Dances

Lott tells Yahoo that dancing is one of her favorite ways to get moving. She was previously a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, and even toured with the cast. She says, “Dancing is a great all-over body workout, but you really enjoy it so it doesn't feel like exercise."
3. She Loves Pure Barre

Lott admits to Yahoo that she’s not the biggest fan of going to the gym and taking fitness classes. However, there is one class that she loves to take, Pure Barre. “I did this incredible workout called Pure Barre mornings and evenings. It's dance and ballet based and I really enjoyed it."
4. She Doesn’t Diet

Lott says to Express that she doesn’t diet and doesn’t deprive herself of her favorite foods. “I don’t diet but I try to be good generally. I make sure I have my five a day. I wouldn’t deprive myself of anything, though.”
5. She Eats Healthy Breakfasts
