1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Yeow has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed the two things he does each day to Mamamia.com. “Every morning, I use a natural moisturising lotion on my entire body and face after a shower. At night, I use a cleanser with a face cleansing brush my mum gave me when I was as a teenager – yes, I’ve had it for 27 years.”
2. She Lives An Active Life
Yeow has a busy life, which means she doesn’t have time to do traditional workouts. However, she tells Mamamia.com that her life is all the exercise she needs. “I do nothing in the form of exercise but running Jamface. My two market stalls have become a full-time affair – I’m always moving and very active in our commercial kitchen. It’s rare for me to sit down during the day. I eat like a horse without denying myself anything but I naturally gravitate towards lots of veggies and I try to make sure I drink a very large pot of green tea a day, and no alcohol.”
3. She Gardens
Yeow loves to spend time outside. She tells Mamamia.com that there is one activity she loves doing. “Gardening is my all-time fave outdoor activity. Growing my own food from a tiny seed is so gratifying and convenient. I love pottering around the garden and munching on stuff around me knowing it’s utterly chemical free – organic at its very best.”
4. She Eats Healthy
Being a chef, Yeow knows what to put in her body. She tells Mamamia.com that she eats pretty healthy. Yeow describes her diet as, “Lots of fruit, vegetables, tea, very little red meat and no alcohol.
5. She Doesn’t Believe In Using Too Many Products
When it comes to skin and hair care, Yeow believes in taking care of it herself. She tells Mamamia.com that she doesn’t use too many products or get professional treatments done. “I’m definitely low maintenance in that I don’t go to any kind of salon. Anything I can’t achieve from home, using good quality products, is a no.”
