Poh Ling Yeow, the MasterChef and I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! star, recently finished up a vacation in Castelsardo. She posted a set of beach photos on Instagram to wrap up her trip. In the first photo, Yeow posed by the shore at sunset. She wore a black swimsuit and sunglasses. She captioned the post, “I floated for at least an hour in the most sparkling, turquoise, Mediterranean water which was so calm that I quite nearly dozed off. When I opened my eyes I was exactly where I’d started albeit facing the opposite direction. In Australia, I’d have been dunked a hundred times not to mention a potential shark biscuit or drifted halfway to another continent! Instead of sticky fine sand, tiny polished pebbles that fell cleanly off the skin and made my feet sink deep, were full of polished glass and ceramic treasure.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Poh Ling Yeow stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Goes All Natural With Skincare

Yeow has gorgeous skin, and she doesn’t get too fancy with skincare. She tells Mamamia.com that she believes in using natural processes and products on her skin. "I’m a great believer in aging gracefully and naturally. I’m definitely low maintenance in that I don’t go to any kind of salon. Anything I can’t achieve from home, using good quality products, is a no.”

2. She Asks For Help When She Needs It

While Yeow likes to do most of her skincare by herself, she also isn’t afraid to get other people involved. Yeow tells Mamamia.com that she isn’t afraid to get help when she needs to. "I figure you’re fighting a losing battle once too many people are involved but I’m also very open-minded about people who like to get some extra help – everyone’s needs are different."

3. She Remembers Her Sunscreen

Yeow tells Mamamia.com that she likes to spend time outside. Therefore, she has to put sunscreen on, to protect her skin. "I spend a lot of time outdoors, gardening and walking and sunspots pop up almost instantly with age, so SPF is of course an imperative each day."

4. She Doesn’t Shop Hungry

L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Retinol Launch - ArrivalsDon Arnold/WireImage

Yeow has a trick to not buy too many unhealthy groceries. She tells The Nutrition Guru that she never goes shopping when she’s hungry. “Don’t go shopping on an empty stomach. I have, and have to say don’t do it or you’ll have what I call a dirty chaser for dinner. A dirty chaser goes like this. You have crisps in the car on the way home with the shopping because you're starving, then dinner is wrecked.”

5. She Does Things To De-Stress

Yeow has a busy schedule, and she admits this can be stressful. Yeow tells Prevention that she likes to do things that relax her. “I’m a massive stress head and incredibly obsessive. For releasing anxiety, I’ve found breathing, writing a list or thoughts down, cleaning, or gardening really helps.”

1. She Does Pilates

“I do Pilates with Kirsten King from FluidForm three mornings a week. I try to complement this with a weekly boxing session but it all depends on time! I also enjoy soft sand running and really love to ski and trying to surf (lol). I like to mix it up, however Pilates is always a non-negotiable,” she told AModrn. “It’s my a complete mind, body and soul workout—it is life changing,” says Pip. “It’s my hour to concentrate on my body and mind connection, to breathe through the focus and align with my core and really get centred.”

2. This is What She Eats

“I start the day with two boiled eggs with a heavy hit of Tobasco. This is generally followed by a smoothie from Cali Press on my way to work after Pilates—I love the choc-minted with extra dates and xct-oil. Mid-morning, I will have a skim mocha with extra chocolate and a handful of cashews. Lunch is mostly a salad, I try to eat as clean as possible. Dinner is much the same. If I need a sweet treat, frozen dates with cashews. I drink water all day—at least two litres generally mixed with a supplement like chlorophyll or collagen,” she told AModrn.

3. She Feels the Power of Nature

“I love to do the Bondi to Bronte, and always stop off at the cliff between the South Bondi point as it turns around into Mackenzie Bay. I sit and gaze at the horizon and feel the power and enormity of the ocean,” she has said. “I do this often. It’s important to notice how small you are in the scheme of life, and how significant our landscape is to who we are, what we do and how we feel.”

4. She Gets Massages

“I love to get different kinds of massages. I go to Venustus in Paddington for a spiritual boost where I see Jeanie, who ensures that I stay in tune to my inner callings and higher presence. She sets me tasks and rituals to follow and practice so that my “grounding” becomes part of my routine. After a soul sesh, I have the best 4 hand massage ever – its pure magic,” she has said.

5. This is Her Advice on Staying Grounded

“I guess my grounding routine isn’t really the norm? But what is the norm? I don’t meditate for example, well not in the traditional sense. I do what works for me and my body. I do what makes ME feel good. I do what serves ME. As no one knows me better. Wellness is all about BEING and being WELL. And that is a very personal journey and one that speaks to your physical, your emotional, your intellectual, your spiritual, and your social fabric, all within your own environment. Health is wealth. And fine-tuning that will always be a balancing act of moving parts and constant evolution. The thing is to make sure that we always moving forward,” she said.

1. Beauty Smoothies For Breakfast

Blueberry,Juice,And,Banana,Smoothies,,A,Tasty,Healthy,Drink,InShutterstock

Breakfast for Swanepoel is usually eggs and bacon or a delicious smoothie. “My breakfast varies depending on my mood. I do a nice beauty smoothie,” she tells The Cut. It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs. I’ve always loved nutrition and because I’ve worked out for so many years, I’ve figured out what’s best for my body and keeping my energy up. It’s evolved from that.”

2. She Loves Yoga

Karl Lagerfeld Celebrates The Cara Loves Karl Capsule CollectionTaylor Hill/Getty Images

Swanepoel doesn’t see exercise as a burden—she believes it’s important to find a workout you love. “I really enjoy working out so, to relax, I’ll do a yoga or Pilates class,” she says. “What I love about yoga is that it helps both your mental and physical well-being. I also like unwinding by taking my dogs for a walk. When I can, I love to be surrounded by nature or swimming in the ocean.”

3. Keeping a Healthy Balance

Swanepoel knows the importance of balance in life. “To me, wellness is having a balanced lifestyle between personal and work,” she says. “It’s being happy and healthy. I don’t like restrict myself from certain foods that I want, or kill myself at the gym. It’s really what’s comfortable for my body at the time and what’s best at that moment.”

4. She Loves To Swim

Swanepoel is an early bird, who loves the beach and swimming. “An ideal day would be to wake up quite early, make a nice breakfast, and take my time in the morning before taking my dogs for a walk, going to the beach, or having a quick swim,” she says. “I also love being at home, decorating, or FaceTiming with my family.”

5. She Loves Her Post-Baby Body

Swanepoel has two children—Anaca, 5, and Ariel, 4, and revels in her post-baby body. “You take on a different shape, a more womanly shape,” she says. “I’m loving it. I’ve had such an amazing experience with my pregnancy and afterwards. It’s quite a journey: the hormones, watching your body grow that way, giving yourself time to go back to normal. I think women have to stop putting so much pressure on having to be perfect and back in shape three weeks after. It's just not realistic. For me, it was about focusing on my son and it all just fell into place after that.”

Australian model Cheyenne Tozzi is well-known for her down-to-earth attitude as she is for her gorgeous looks. The 33-year-old posted a photo of herself wearing two stunning one-piece swimsuits on Instagram, to the delight of her fans. “Beauty,” one commenter said. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tozzi stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Keeps Things Balanced

Australian Women's Film Festival 2022Lisa Maree Williams/Getty Images

Tozzi focuses on what makes her feel good throughout the day, instead of feeling restricted. “My lifestyle centers around training and eating well and I think it’s more about how you’re born; some girls are bigger and some girls are born with a tiny little frame and it’s just about getting to a stage where you’re happy with yourself,” she says. “Do as much exercise as you can – those little bits and pieces you do every day can really change your outlook. I think it’s more about feeling better, if you wake up and you feel like ‘ugh’ and you have a packet of chips you’ll probably feel worse.”

2. She Loves Coconut Oil

Homemade,Coconut,Products,On,White,Wooden,Table,Background.,Oil,,Scrub,Shutterstock

Tozzi is obsessed with coconut oil, both for cooking and for beauty treatments. “I love coconut oil!” she says. “It’s delicious and reminds me of those Bounty chocolates, which I love! I’ll put, like, seven jars of coconut oil in a bath and just sit there. I swear I’m nuts! I also cook with it. Water and lemon is also one of my secrets. Having that in the morning is one of the best things you can do as it resets your mindset, so instead of thinking, ‘Ooh I’m going to have a burger for lunch’, you think, ‘I’ll go for the salad’. It cleanses you!”

3. She Does Yoga and Pilates

Tozzi has a personal trainer come to her house on a regular basis for workout sessions. “Obviously there’s the days where I want spaghetti and I can eat,” she says. “I train, I have a yoga teacher, a pilates teacher and a trainer, Christian Miranda… He’ll come to my house. He’s like a family friend but he makes me do those burpee things that are awful, they’re so rude!”

4. She Is Low Maintenance

Celebrities Attend Witchery x Ellery Capsule Collection LaunchDon Arnold/WireImage

Tozzi is relaxed about her beauty routine, something that runs in the family. “My aunts, my mum, they were all models and they all look incredible,” she says. “We weren’t nuts on product after product because we’re just very relaxed. In Australia I think you’re really lucky to have that outdoor kind of thing, so you jump in the ocean if your skin’s bad [and use] aloe vera. I love moisturizing with coconut oil and salt water’s extremely good. I think keeping yourself dewy is nice.”

5. She Meditates

Tozzi is careful to nurture her mental health as well as her physical wellbeing. “I have a meditation teacher who just recently joined my team,” she says. “My mum’s always been a real supporter of keeping things calm and easy. My life is really full-on, but I’m surrounded by good people, fun and music... and lots of dancing. We have mini-dance parties every evening around 6pm when we put on our new favorite song and debrief. I’ve always been such a flower child in the sense that I just want to go run around the garden and have fun and laugh.”

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
