1. She Does MMA

Batra talked about her wellness routine to Mid Day. She says that she loves MMA to keep herself in shape. “I trained three days a week for six years, and acquired a brown belt with two black stripes. I find MMA good for your physical and mental health. When you learn a routine, and execute movements using both sides of your body, you are joining the dots in your brain, and keeping it active for a long period of time.”
2. She Values Balance

Batra is all about having balance. She explained why in her Mid Day interview. “In order to thrive as a human being, you need to have satva, the Sanskrit word for balance.” Batra also gave some examples of how she achieves balance. “Yoga and MMA lead you to live a balanced life.”
3. She’s Aware Of What She Does

For Batra, wellness means being self-aware. She tells Mid Day that she is aware of what she puts in her body and what she does each day. “If you put gold into your body, you become gold. Knowing the dynamics of intake versus [expression] makes it simple to monitor the weight. Fitness is needed to stay happy.”
4. She Takes Care Of Her Spine
Batra works out her whole body. One part she is conscious of is her back and her spine. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “Spinal health is essential to overall wellness and healthy aging. A healthy spine can help maximize energy and breathing, and prevent #backpain, #osteoporotic vertebral fractures and #kyphosis. #yogaeverydamnday #yoga #stayhealthy. Poor postural habits can cause the spine to collapse on itself, lose muscle tone and become compressed.”
5. She Loves Yoga
Batra likes to practice yoga to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself doing different poses. She shared this video of herself doing yoga in her yard. Batra captioned the post, "Have only love in your heart for others. The more you see the good in them, the more you will establish good in yourself.”
