Hegde tells Vogue India that she prioritizes her health, for a really good reason. "You need to take care of your body till you're 40. After that, your body will take care of you," she says.

Hegde tells Vogue India that she doesn't conform to society's beauty or body standards. She reveals the moment she had this realization came when she was younger, and skinnier. "We have so many beauty standards. I have been told I am fat and also too thin. All my life I have wanted to be like someone else—have the legs and torso of a Victoria's Secret model perhaps—until I realised I can't."
She Works Out For 45 Minutes A Day
According to Vogue India, Hegde works out for 45 minutes each day. Some of the actress' favorite exercises include Pilates, calisthenics, and kick boxing.
