She Takes Walks in Nature

Priya enjoys taking walks in nature. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace

She Snorkels

Priya enjoys snorkling, a surprisingly great method of exercise. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

She Turns Negtivity Into Positivity

"It hurt me a lot when I realised that whoever created the hype for me at first, were the ones trying to slam me now," Priya told Ritz Magazine about the social media slamming she has experienced. "But I have come to accept that where there is positivity, there will be negativity. I would like to look at all the negativity as a challenge and I am looking forward to turning it around to positivity."

She Doesn't Exercise Very Much

"I like to workout but I hardly find the time. Thankfully, I don't put on weight easily," Priya confessed to Rit, adding that she also likes to dance. How often should you move? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

She Reads

Priya revealed to Ritz one of her favorite pastimes: Reading. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
