1. She’s Motivated

One of Chopra’s workout secrets? She actually wants to workout. She tells Times of India, "I am a 25-year-old and there is no reason for me to look fat. I want to look great. I am taking care of myself and I am losing even more weight because I want to look better." "But you don't have to do it alone. Talk to your doctor, family and friends for support. Ask yourself if now is a good time and if you're ready to make some necessary changes. Also, plan smart: Anticipate how you'll handle situations that challenge your resolve and the inevitable minor setbacks," says the Mayo Clinic.

Chopra loves to practice meditation as a way to keep a healthy wellbeing and mental state. She posted this set of photos of herself meditating in Nepal. In them, she sat outside on a mountain. Chopra captioned the post, “Daily meditation is my secret.” You could try "Emotion-centered meditation. This kind of meditation has you focus on a specific emotion. For example, focusing on how to be kind to others or on what makes you happy in your life," says the Cleveland Clinic. Or: "Meditation with movement. This type of meditation can involve focusing on breathing, holding your breath or performing specific body movements. It can also involve walking while focusing on what you observe around you."

4. She Goes Hiking

5. She Strength Trains

INDIA-ENTERTAINMENT-BOLLYWOOD-NETFLIXSujit Jaiswal/Getty Images

Chopra loves to lift weights and do strength training workouts to stay in shape. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing dumbbell squats. She captioned the video, “Heavylifting for now. Cardio can weight.” "One sure way to break through a plateau is to change some or all of the variables in the workout program. These variables include: exercise selection, intensity, repetitions, sets, rest interval, tempo (speed of movement) and frequency (the number of exercise sessions in a specific period of time). To stimulate almost immediate changes in your body, increase the amount of weight (thereby increasing the intensity) you use in your workouts. If you find yourself not making any gains or simply want a different exercise program, here are six ways using heavy weights can help you make the changes you want to see in your body," says ACE Fitness.

With so many awesome roles to play—in The White Tiger, The Matrix Resurrections, a new show Citadel, being Nick Jonas’ real-life wife—it’s surprising Priyanka Chopra has any downtime. But she carved out a space this weekend. “Sundays like this tho…” she captioned an Instagram photo, with a heart emoji. She’s seen lying down in a black bikini top and red bikini bottom; in another photo, she’s on her belly in the same outfit, as hubby Nick pretends to carve into her with a knife and fork. The caption: “Snack.” Read on to see 5 ways Priyanka Chopra stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Aims to Own Her Own Personality

priyanka-chopra-beach-2Priyank Chopra/Instagram

“The pressures on women around the world, I think, are the same: the reach of trying to look like perfection, which is not possible for real women,” she told Vogue. “I don’t think it’s just America or India at all, [the ideal of] being impossibly skinny or having impossibly perfect skin. What is very important for women is to own who you are and accept who you are and run with that. To be able to own your own personality is one of the most difficult things on the planet because we are inundated by these extreme, unachievable ideologies of what beauty should be. But I think true beauty really comes from having a sense of confidence—that you walk into a room and people wonder why you’re so confident. I think that makes for intrigue.”

2. She Preserves Herself

priyanka-chopra-beach-1Priyank Chopra/Instagram

“In everyday life, we wake up in the morning and go for our jobs. Nobody has the luxury to spend time taking care of their hair or their skin or giving it a regimen, right? I don’t have time to get a facial. I don’t have time to go to the spa and get my body wrapped in seaweed or whatever. I don’t get deep-conditioning treatments,” she told Vogue. “That’s why my shampoo is awesome. It’s important for us to have products that give us the ability of looking like we’ve just stepped out of a salon. It’s really important to find things that protect and preserve us how we want to be protected and preserved. Like, for example, drinking as much water as you can and staying hydrated, or trying to eat foods that are [rich] in antioxidants, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator—things that you can build into your life to take care of yourself.”

3. She Has Said She Doesn’t Diet

2021 Billboard Music Awards - BackstageRich Fury/Getty Images

"I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," she told ELLE US. "It's such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, 'Ughh, I put on a few pounds' and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one." "You don't have to starve yourself," Chopra told Women's Health. "I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure."

4. She Stays Super Agile

“Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don’t need too long to tone up and get into shape," she told Vogue India. “I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I’m exhausted by the end of it,” she told Vogue India. “I have to stay super active and agile because I do my own stunts. I do all my fights myself. I trust my body and my instincts,” she confirmed. “I try to be active in everyday life—I take the stairs instead of the elevators or walk instead of driving,” she shared.

5. She Has Done Yoga

EE British Academy Film Awards 2021 - ArrivalsJeff Spicer/Getty Images

“I also do yoga and find it both relaxing and very energizing,” she told the India Times. “It’s great to keep your mind and body healthy. It’s definitely something I would recommend. My gym work-outs usually last for about an hour.” Says the Mayo Clinic: "Since yoga is based on breathing, parts of the nervous system are affected when exhales are lengthened and breath is controlled. This is cued throughout particular yoga sequences. Specifically, yoga can help lower the fight-or-flight response and improve the body's 'rest-and-digest' response. Practicing slow, controlled breathing stimulates the body's vagus nerve, which takes information about the current state of relaxation and relays it to the rest of the body, including the brain."

1. She Prioritizes Cardio

Priyanka really makes time for occasional cardio, usually going between spin classes and treadmill sprinting, finishing with yoga to relax. She does do some workouts, but to be honest, she admits that it’s really not a huge priority and she has a lot to blame for good genes. "I have great Indian genes!" she said. "You know, I'm lazy. I want to take advantage of the fact that I have a great metabolism. When I start getting [bigger] I'll work on it! I like food, and I don't like the gym, and as long as I look like this without doing anything, why bother?"

2. Thanks To Her Good Metabolism, She Can Splurge

The Fashion Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

She says thanks to her genetics, she’s blessed with a fast metabolism. "Fortunately I do not have a tendency to put on weight and can get away eating as much as I want to, which is a blessing in this industry," she said. "I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," she continued. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one."

3. She Avoids Oily Food

Priyanka often avoids oily foods packed with unhealthy fats. "My daily diet consists of regular food like chapati, vegetables, soups, salads, rice, dal and lots of fruits," she said. "Also juices and water are very high on my intake list. In fact, water is a must for everyone, at least 10 glasses a day. I often overshoot that, but it does wonders to your skin." According to the Mayo Clinic, "a diet laden with trans fats increases the risk of heart disease, the leading killer of adults. The more trans fats eaten, the greater the risk of heart and blood vessel disease.”

4. She’s Not A Gym Junkie, But She Does Care About Her Health

Global Citizen Live, ParisStephane Cardinale - Corbis/Corbis via Getty Images

Priyanka openly admits she’s nothing like a gym rat. She claims she works out to stay fit, not for weight-loss. "I am not a gym-freak, but do work out regularly to keep the body well-toned. The idea is to keep fit and healthy and not shrink myself by two or three sizes," she said about her workouts that generally last about an hour.

5. She Lets Herself Have What She Wants In Moderation

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - December 16, 2021Patricia Schlein/Star Max/GC Images

When Priyanka wants to indulge, she has particular staples that she likes to go for. “You don't have to starve yourself," she said. "I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure." She typically likes to eat healthy during the week, but will go for the chocolate cake and tandoori on the weekends.

She Strength Trains

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
