Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one." Priyanka Chopra, and her husband, Nick Jonas, and their daughter are enjoying a family vacation in Cabo. She shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed time at the beach, a night out with her husband, and a coconut drink. Chopra posed in a black swimsuit while sunbathing in one photo. She captioned the post, “Took some time to feed my soul. 2023 had me spent.. maybe I still am. Here’s to a 2024 highlighted by peace, respite, family, love, joy and community. Hold your loved ones close. We are very lucky if we can. Happy new year.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Priyanka Chopra stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Her Skincare Before Applying Makeup

Chopra has amazing skin, and she shared one of her biggest tips in an interview with WhoWhatWear. “I think it would be the importance of skincare before you apply makeup. I always took care of my skin, but when I started working with Pati Dubroff, she always prioritised my skincare before a makeup application, and the makeup just looked better.”

2. She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Chopra shared some of her beauty secrets with Into The Gloss. She says that haircare is important to her, since she has a lot of treatment done. “I do two or three shoots a day and my hair gets blown out every morning, so it really needs to be cared for,” she says. “Every week, I try to do a conditioning mask, which is the Kiehl's Olive Fruit Oil Deeply Repairative Hair Pak. They have amazing hydrating masks, and I use them as often as I remember. I also do oil massages on my head. You put coconut oil on your roots and just massage. It’s a very old Indian tradition, even though coconut oil is just catching on in the States. It helps create healthy hair, but you have to wash it off with another conditioner after about an hour. You can get it done at spas, too.”

3. She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Chopra tells Into The Gloss that one of her biggest skincare secrets is keeping it moisturized. “I travel so much, and cabin pressure dehydrates my hair and skin, so moisturizing is my life. Taking off makeup and moisturizing are the two things you need to do. People are horrible at it, but you have to do it! It’s the only way for your skin to survive crazy lifestyles. Take two or three minutes to just cleanse. That’s the only way.”

4. She Uses Organic Products

Turmeric,Cream,In,Glass,Jar,With,Tumeric,Powder,And,HoneyShutterstock

Chopra tells Into The Gloss that she uses a lot of organic products on her skin. “Lemon or lime in water is really great for skin. Coconut water, too. I had troubled skin, but I never had acne. My skin just didn’t glow much, so I learned early that what I eat really matters. In India, people love turmeric. They make turmeric milk, and sometimes I mix it with some cream or yogurt and turn it into a scrub. You’d be amazed at what it can take off your skin.”

5. She Cleanses

Priyanka.ChopraPriyanka Chopra/Instagram

Chopra makes sure to cleanse her skin. “My skin is being 'traumatized' all the time with all this makeup, which is why cleansing is supremely important,” she explained to Into The Gloss. “Obviously if you don’t abuse your skin the way I do, then it’s not that bad. What I do in the morning, especially before a shoot, is wash my face. Sometimes I use Chanel's Lait Confort, which is really great for your skin. People don’t know this, but just like I take yogurt and use it as an exfoliator, I can also use it to cleanse my face. It’s hydrating. It smells funky, so you should do it at night, but it's amazing if you have dry skin.”

1. She Isn’t Comfortable with Social Media

While Priyanka is active on social media, it is still a little uncomfortable for her. “It’s a very vulnerable feeling, actually, that if I post a picture, everything that’s behind me in that picture is going to be zoomed in on, and people are going to speculate,” she said. “It’s just a professional hazard…. Because of the noise of social media, because of the prevalence that it has in our lives, I think it seems a lot larger than it is. I think that we give it a lot more credence in real life, and I don’t think it needs that.”

2. She and Joe Jonas Want Kids

Yes, Priyanka and her husband, Joe Jonas, have babies on the mind. “They’re a big part of our desire for the future,” she revealed. “By God’s grace, when it happens, it happens.” And, even though their lives are full, they are still trying. “No, we’re not too busy to practice,” she says. When the time is right, will she be ready to settle down into motherhood? “I’m okay with that,” she maintained. “We’re both okay with that.”

3. She Is a “Worker Bee”

“I’ve always been such a worker bee,” Priyanka confessed in the interview. “My priority has always been the next job. I’m a very, very ambitious person. But I think the woman in me is craving balance. I’m craving my family life. I’m craving being able to do things for the soul that I didn’t do because I was just ‘blinders on’ and working.”

4. She Is Becoming More Introverted

2021 Billboard Music Awards - BackstageRich Fury/Getty Images

Priyanka is “becoming a lot more introverted” as her journey continues in the entertainment business. “I’m starting to protect myself a lot more because I realize how much it takes out of you. It takes a part of your soul, constantly trying to make sure that you say the right thing, do the right thing, dress the right way, not make a mistake, not trip because the whole world is going to watch. Or not fall when you’re walking up on a red carpet or say something wrong,” she said.

5. 2022 Is Going to Be Her Reinvention Year

According to Priyanka, 2022 is going to be a year of change. “I feel like I am at a precipice of reinvention,” she said. “What is the new me? I’m very excited about the future. I’m terrified of it too. Change is always scary. But I’ve done it multiple times in my life.” One of the things she want to do? Prioritize self care. “That’s what I want to do. By the time this piece comes out, that’s what I will be doing.”

Priyanka Chopra is a successful actress. She’s known for her roles in the series Quantico and the films Baywatch and Isn’t It Romantic. Chopra shared some life highlights on Instagram recently. In one photo, she’s seen in workout gear. Chopra captioned the post, “Lately.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Priyanka Chopra stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Drinks Water First Thing In The Morning

Chopra shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue. She says that she starts each day with a glass of water. “I didn’t want the answer to this to be drinking coffee, so this is a new thing. What I now do, and it’s something I learned in India, is keep a copper glass next to my bed and keep water in it overnight. The good qualities of copper seep into the water – it’s good for the immune system, bones and nerves. I drink that cup first thing, then I start my espresso machine and go about my day.”

2. She Removes Her Makeup

Shanghai,china-dec.12th,2021:,Close,Up,Shiseido,Logo,On,Cosmetic,Store.,JapaneseShutterstock

Chopra has amazing skin, and shared some of her secrets in an interview with Vogue. She says that she makes sure to remove all of her makeup. “I’m all about good skincare. If you have good skin – a good base – you can wear as much or as little make-up as you want. Your skin is the foundation to being able to express yourself through make-up. I think it’s important to take off all your make-up at the end of the night so there’s nothing, no mascara or remnants of the day. It’s a therapeutic process for me. If I need to take off make-up (like mascara) that isn’t easy to remove with just a face wash, I use a Shiseido make-up remover that’s super gentle and removes it all.”

3. She Meditates

Chopra loves to meditate. “I think meditation comes in different forms,” she says to Vogue. “Mine is when I really lock into work. It feels like a meditative thing to me when I’m on set and thinking about building the character. Whenever I’m being creative, I feel meditative. Wellness [for me] includes eating right, consuming the right things, and I’m all about being good to your body and treating it like it’s your best friend.

4. She Swims

Chopra tells Vogue that she likes to swim to stay in shape. “I’m not someone who does very well in classes, but I swim. I do 15 to 20 laps. It boosts my mood and I feel super energetic and ready to go.” The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Exercise in an aquatic environment offers numerous options and techniques for almost all levels of physical ability. Exercise can be as basic as walking in the water to more high-level aerobic activities, such as deep-water running or swimming. Standing exercises often are performed in water that is waist to chest deep. These exercises can focus on improving range of motion/flexibility, balance and strength. Resistance training can be amped up by simply increasing the speed of movement or adding equipment, such as mitts, paddles, noodles or bands, to increase drag.”

5. She Makes Time For Herself

Chopra leads a busy life, however, she does believe in making time for herself. "My wellness really comes from my mental health," she said to Glamour. "I believe in having a sense of balance. I lived in extremes during my 20s, but that’s too tumultuous. Now I’m getting older I look for balance, whether that’s taking a walk with my dogs and the baby, or having a minute to myself with my face mask and my coffee, or oiling my hair, or my nighttime routine listening to some music. Five minutes of doing something for you can really help heal the day."

Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
